Parking- up to 8 cars can park into driveway. No parking on street Primary living room- 65 inch smart Samsung tv, basic cable channels with free HBO Max. Large sectional couch with coffee table. Electric fireplace with remote and air purifier Dining room- large wood dining room table with 8 chairs Main kitchen - Electric oven/stove combo, microwave , refrigerator,toaster, portable indoor/outdoor grill, dishwasher, coffee machine with complimentary k cups and all your coffee needs. Pots , pans, dishes , cups, utensils , silverware, we have everything you need to cook a big family meal .2 closets, one is for cleaning , and another for sports equipment such as a football, soccer ball, soccer nets, jump rope, volleyball, Limbo game set and badminton racquet set Game Room- Pool table which can be converted into a ping pong table, pop a shot basketball game, foosball table, darts, putting range with putter club and 3 golf balls Laundry Room- Washer and dryer with complimentary liquid tide soap 2nd Living room- Transformed into a poker room with state of the art poker table for 6, which can be flipped to other side for a dining room table. Chips and cards included for poker . Chess table with 2 massage chairs. Chess pieces and chess clock included. 50 inch Samsung smart tv with free HBO max . 1 futon sofa couch, 1 full bar with all your drink making needs Kitchen 2- stainless steel appliances . Refrigerator, oven stove . Coffee machine, and a popcorn machine with with complimentary seeds, oil , and flavocal salt to make movie theater popcorn right from the home. (Instructions on use will be in house manual when you enter premises). Kitchen table for 3 . Plates and cups provided , but we prefer all cooking be done in primary kitchen Back patio - 5 person jetted hot tub with led lights and lounge. (Please put spa cover back on after use ). Propane gas grill ,propane tank provided,picnic style table with built in umbrella as well as storage bench with seating . A large volleyball net Bonfire area- outdoor fire pit table for wood only ( wood not provided) with 2 4 person wood benches on each side Front porch- 1 sitting hammock, 4 chairs and 2 small tables All bedroom have closets and storage space as well as portable heaters , ceiling or portable fans. Iron with ironing board can be found in primary bedroom. Extra pillows and linen can be found upstairs in closet labeled bedding. All bathrooms are supplied with bar soaps , main bathroom are provided with shampoo as well. Primary bathroom has blow dryer Assault air bike in primary bedroom, and we have a board game section with many board games in bedroom 4 We are constantly updating and there might be more features as we get more guests . There is a suggestion box in main living room if you have any ideas of how we can improve our listing Guest access Entire house besides garage and 1 owners closet in main kitchen Other things to note We offer self check in , but if you want to use community amenities such as golf, lake , pool etc, you will have to check in through community center which is located 2 blocks from residence. There is an extra fee to use the community amenities of $100 total for the entire stay. My family and I had a great time! The house was spacious, never a dull moment in the house because there is always something to do. Great communication with a property manager. We left somethings behind and they had no problem shipping it back to us. Overall experience wonderful! BIG UP TO GUS!

The community was really nice and family friendly. Nice size for 8-9 people. Kids enjoyed the game room, hot tub and kayaks at the lake.

Had a great time celebrating my 60th birthday with my family. The house has plenty of room for everyone. We had plenty to do on the rainy days that we unfortunately had. Plenty of games to play. On the nice days the pool and community were beautiful. There are also fun things to do nearby. We did an ATV adventure ride and visited a few nearby parks. When I had a question the owner Gus got back to me within the hour. Would rent again.

Me and my family were looking for a nice place to stay during the long weekend. We wanted a place where many people could fit comfortably. After checking a few places, we knew this was the one. From the beginning, the owner was reachable and easy to talk to. He was communicating with us to make sure check in and check out was smooth. Upon arriving the neighborhood was quiet, the place was clean, and there were many activities to do inside and outside the house. This is a good place to be with teens/ young kids. Our stay was great, I recommended.

The house was so cozy and wonderful with a blanket of snow on the ground! Gus was a fantastic host with excellent communication, and he made sure all our needs were met. We loved the spacious layout of the house, and the game room was a big hit with the kids. We also love the convenient access to Camelback for winter fun. This is a great spot for staying with extended family. Thanks again for hosting us!

We had a great time at this property and Gus was very helpful and easy to get into contact with. The kids had a lot of fun with the game room It was close to a lot of great restaurants and only about 20 mins from Camelback Mountain where we went snowboarding, snow tubing, and to the water park.

Gus is a great host and has the most beautiful home. There's a hot tub, a game room, a poker room, two kitchens, and lots of space. What more could you ask for? We went as a huge group and there was plenty of space and activities for everyone. The lovely place is not only a great value, but it's close to all the attractions as well. Can't wait to book again for our next Poconos visit.
