Wake up and look out floor-to-ceiling windows in this 4 bd home and enjoy the best that the Poconos has to offer. Located in a gated community, you'll find tennis & basketball courts, a dog park, playgrounds, and memorial day to labor day, swimming beaches, pools, and mini-golf. Thoughtful touches make this a place your kids will love too! You're only: 20 minutes from Airy Mtn. Casino 20 minutes from Kalahari indoor water park 25 minutes from Camelback Mtn. Resort 30 minutes from Pocono Raceway Get ready to enjoy all of the fresh air and relaxation that the Poconos are known for. This home is located in a gated community directly across the street from Dresser Lake. It's a short walk to the lake along with baseball fields, a fenced dog park, and many other amenities. Within the home, you'll find air conditioning in each of the 4 wonderfully decorated bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms set up to sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 5 kids. If you have a different group size, feel free to shoot us a message! All linens, towels, and basic toiletries are taken care of for you. On the 2nd floor, you'll find: Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king bed, 58" smart TV, dedicated work station, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and full bathroom ensuite. Bedroom 2: We call it the "Glass Room". (It's our favorite room!) This room has a queen bed with floor-to-ceiling windows and a skylight. You'll also find a ceiling fan and air conditioning to keep you cool during warm summer nights. Loft: Enjoy time with family and friends with a game of foosball and air hockey! Also, in the closet, you'll find the Pack'n Play and high chair. Downstairs Bedroom 3: A large room where you'll find a queen bed, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4: This room has a bunk bed that has a full bed on top, a full bed on the bottom, and a pull-out twin trundle. The bunk bed has a manufactured weight rating of 200 lbs on the top and 200 lbs on bottom. Maximum of 1 adult per bed or 2 children per bed, with 1 person on the trundle. (Max: 5 children or 3 adults). This room also has air conditioning. Kitchen: Fully appointed with all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery and glassware you could need. You'll also find a dual coffee brewer and Keurig maker. We provide Keurig pods, cream, and sugar! You'll also find a blender, microwave, double oven, and full-size refrigerator with filtered water and ice. Dining Room: Seating for 8, plus a high chair for the littlest member of your crew! Living Room: 50" TV with a few of our favorite games in the entertainment center. The couches have tons of pillows and blankets to stay cozy! The couch also has a pull-out queen that sleeps 2, if you need it! As parents, we also took the liberty to add corner protectors on all the sharp edges to help prevent boo-boos. The TV is also mounted to the stand, so you won't need to worry about it tipping over onto someone. Outside: A firepit and propane grill with tools await you! If you plan on using the fire pit, wood is available at many local stores in the area! Additionally, there's a patio set with seating for 4 right outside the back door. The hot tub seats 6 and is a great place to enjoy evenings! With the exception of our shed and 2 closets in the master bedroom, you have access to every area of the house. In this family-friendly, gated, multi-section community with Dresser Lake across the street. There are many families within the neighborhood and other short-term rental homes. To ensure safety and equal access to all amenities, after booking you will be required to fill out a short-term rental registration form for the HOA. Within our section, you'll find free access to: -Dresser Lake Park -Charcoal BBQs -Fenced Dog Park -Baseball Fields -Tennis Courts -Basketball Court -Play Ground After a short drive across the street, with amenities passes, you'll have access to: - 3 outdoor swimming pools (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend). * Pool Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM weather permitting *Season is from Memorial Day - Labor Day -Swimming Beach *Season July 1st - Labor Day -Miniature Golf *Season is from Memorial Day - Labor Day -Boat Rentals (Paddle Boats) *Season is from Memorial Day - Labor Day **We provide 5 complimentary passes for your use. Above that, it is $12 per adult and $6 per child daily.** Any missing amenities passes not returned at the end of your stay will result in a $100 per pass charge. This home is located in a gated community so before you arrive, you'll be asked to fill out a registration form specifically for the community. It must be returned to us 3 days before your arrival, otherwise, you will be charged a $90 expedited processing fee. Registration forms must be submitted 24 hours prior to access being granted to the community. You'll have access to 5 complimentary amenities passes at no additional charge. Above that, it is $12 per adult and $6 per child daily and you can purchase them directly at any pool location. With these passes, you will have access to community pools (Memorial Day - Labor Day), swimming beaches, and paddle boats (July 1st-Labor Day)

We stood at this home for about a week. We made a trip to Kalahari, which is convenie tly close. While we weren't able to enjoy the community pools due to the unseasonable colder weather while we were there, we took a drive around and saw the entire community, which was really nice! We did get to fish for a bit nearby at the lake as well. We took a trip to the state park that is also really close and had a great time on the kayaks and row boats (watch out for the spiders). Overall, the house was really comfortable for us all and we all had a nice time. The jacuzzi out back looked brand new and was really nice and large. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, even though we had brought our own. They left a little treat for us that was such a nice touch and the screen in the home to check in/out as well as offer ideas of things to do and places nearby was so convenient. We've stood in plenty of rentals and I'd say this was the most communicative and modern one we've encountered. Thank you for having us, we may just visit again.

Our stay was extremely fun! Our hosts were extremely attentive and answered very quickly! Everything was labeled and easy to find, and the house was adorable and everyone had a super comfy bed to sleep in! We would definitely recommend and stay again!!

My friends and I rented this house to get away and relax for a few days. It was very clean and extremely well stocked. These hosts thought of everything we might need. Leading up to and throughout our stay, the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed this house!

Upon entering Steven and Jenny’s rental home, everyone’s reaction including my five year old niece, was just WOW! Everything was so perfectly set and decorated; they even left us a Christmas/ New Years Eve present. This house had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and baths, the owners literally thought of everything. This made our stay go even smoother than we hoped. From the get go I mentioned we were from the Caribbean and my niece wanted to see snow and since it did snow they left a little sled by the Christmas tree for her to use outdoors, it was the sweetest. Lastly everything in the house was smart/ electronic so even when we did have a little hiccup with the thermostats, Steven helped walk me through it immediately and reset it from his end over the phone. Literally one of the best homes I’ve rented and I would recommend 100%!

We loved the house - plenty of space for three couples, a single friend, and a dog. Everything inside seems brand new, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the hot tub is a great feature. Would definitely return.

My family and I rented this rental for my birthday weekend. We had a blast! One of the most memorable moments were around the fireplace. The deers come up and try to eat from your hands if you act like you’re feeding them. The backyard was such a vibe! Surrounded by string lights, trees and animals. At night it’s just so beautiful. Pictures really don’t do this rental justice. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

We were looking for a get away in the Poconos and selected this property because of the hot tub and pet policy. When we got there we found everything to be in pretty much brand new condition. The owners clearly thought through the decor and theme. Whenever we had a question, they were quick to respond. The s’mores were a huge hit. We cooked every night but one, salt, pepper and cooking spray are provided. This house is a stand out among Pocono rentals!
