Two bedroom, two bath first floor condo, conveniently located on the Isle of Palms strip directly across the street from the beach!
This updated condominium features a balcony off the living room overlooking the pool (perfect for watching your kids while relaxing inside!), fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TV and DVD Player in living room, WiFi, flat-screen TV's and DVD in both bedrooms, stereo system, wet bar and access to private community pool (not heated), laundry facility and fishing pier.
The Space:
The Isle of Palms strip features restaurants, shops, ice cream spots, and bars so once you arrive the only thing you will need to drive for is sight seeing. There is a grocery store within walking distance but would recommend driving there as far as carrying groceries are concerned.
This fully furnished unit will have everything you need for cooking meals/eating as well as linens and towels (1 per guest). Visit the Wild Dunes community on Isle of Palms to play at two of their renowned golf courses!
Isle of Palms is a beach-goers heaven, and this condo is exactly what you need for the perfect vacation!!
*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of the sister complex across the street which takes coins.
**No smoking or pets.

This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a first floor condo, you must climb 7 steps to get to the first floor.

A laundromat is in the middle of the "sister" complex across the street available for guest use with coins or an app on your phone.
TVs in both bedrooms and in living room.
Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

The Isle of Palms is a 7-mile-long barrier island in South Carolina, located approximately 12–15 miles east of downtown Charleston and accessed via the Isle of Palms Connector (SC-517) from Mount Pleasant. Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, it is known for its 6 miles of white sandy beaches, residential community, and the Wild Dunes Resort.

The VRBO was in a great location, right across from the public beach access. We were adjacent to the pool which was very convenient. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back!

We loved our stay! This place was clean, cute, and comfy. We absolutely loved that it was within walking distance to so much. Every morning, we took a 3-minute walk to the bagel shop (their bagels are the best we've ever had) and ended our nights with a relaxing stroll along the beach or to the bars in town. I highly recommend this property!!
