Tidewater is one of the most amenity-packed resorts you will find located in the desired West end of Panama City Beach -- only 20 minutes from the airport, walking distance to Pier Park with plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and grocery stores nearby.
This beautifully decorated unit is located on the third floor with its own private hallway – meaning no noise from other guests walking by your room. This unit accommodates up to 4 adults & 2 children featuring a King-sized bed in the Master bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a separate bunk bed area. There is also a pack-n-play stored away for those traveling with an infant. This unique layout provides an abundance of natural light that you won’t find in standard units! As you walk into the living space you will be amazed by the floor to ceiling windows that engulf you in incredible oceanfront views all around. The balcony overlooks the pool & provides a relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the gulf or watching the fireworks that often light up the sky from the pier at night. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay – Keurig & regular style coffee pot, blender, cookware & utensils, etc. There is a large dining area just off the kitchen & plenty of storage space throughout the unit. There are games & books in the unit for guests to enjoy. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, cooler, & beach toys are provided in the unit for guests to use. The unit also includes a washer & dryer & free wifi.
This unit is only one flight of stairs above the 2nd floor walkway to the parking garage or lobby so you can avoid elevators during busy times or if you prefer an elevator, one is located just outside of your private hallway.

Nice clean unit with cute decor and everything we needed. We spent a lot of time with the kids at the beach so having the sun tent and chairs and sand toys, and cooler was very handy (we usually have to buy these items in FL). The view from the unit grew on us as you can see the street and pool along with the beach and ocean- made for good people watching. Lots of amenities at the resort, we used the gym everyday and the indoor hot tub whenever we got sore (it was quieter than the outdoor hot tubs). We opted to buy groceries nearby at Walmart and prepare food in the units kitchen which was well-stocked, but there is a restaurant with delivery on site. Being only on the third floor we took the stairs over waiting for the elevator most of the time which was handy. The location was perfect- traffic on those coastal roads can be a lot, so being close to everything was convenient. The hosts were kind and kept in touch, and clearly posted all the rules and procedures for the site. There is a parking ramp across the street with luggage/grocery carts handy along the skyway to safely cross the busy road, and check in desk is right on the other side of the skyway. Very convenient. Our family has rented many of these beach side condos all over the gulf coast and this one was very nice- would recommend!

The condo was great. Perfect size for a family of 5. Being on the third floor was helpful as we were able to bypass the elevators completely. It was a nice stay.

The condo its self was wonderful and. Great layout. Host were easy to deal with. Check in process was terrible. Rude customer service which put a damper on the trip. Parking across street at parking garage was a long walk and elevators out during our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were not included in price.
