We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Location was very good, ski in/ski out with locker for skies and gear in addition to parking. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Definitely a great option whether with family or friends. We would come back!

The place is great and very comfortable. More than enough room. Pool is fantastic. Location is great. You can walk to Beaver Creek Village. The property manager was fantastic to work with and very helpful.

We would not recommend this unit to any family or quests. The living room furniture is worn and uncomfortable. The the lighting is poor. The kitchen appliances are low quality and aged. The glassware is poor quality, insufficient and does not match. The dryer is not designed for a unit this size and as a result we had to hang our clothes to dry throughout the unit very day. The master bedroom is the nicest room as is the master bath. In summary this is not a luxury or even moderate grade unit. I would recommend looking elsewhere in Beaver Creek as there are other far better choices at the same price.

Great spot for two adults and two teens. Ski in/out with lockers for gear makes life easy. 3 bathrooms + in unit laundry + parking under building makes it easier still. It’s not the Ritz but accommodations are nice and comfortable. Management was attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We came to beaver creek for spring break. We love this location and the apartment as after skiing for a full day it’s easier to have dinner at home with a tired 6 year old. The kitchen has everything you need. You feel at home in this place.

Condo was clean and as advertised. Ski in/ski out provides easy access to Centennial and Strawberry Express lifts which also made lunch break simple instead of lunch on mountain. 5 minute walk to Village for ice skating and dining in the evening. Short drive to Avon for grocery store visits. Perfect condo for our family of four. Ski tip- enjoy McCoy’s Park at top of Strawberry lift for awesome family skiing- beginners and experts will have a blast together.

The place is spacious and comfortable. The guys at the lobby were very helpful to explain where everything is. It’s only a short walk to the village, and easy enough to ski in and out from. I’d stay here again.

Had some problems with checking in due to the key cards not being available after hours. May have been due to other people's fault and not the property managers. Getting in touch with property managers is a little challenging as you got to go through an answering service and there's no one really on site. Interior door broke during the stay. They took care of the problem fairly promptly but it was an inconvenience. They did compensate me for that. The unit was very clean, furniture was nice the rooms were spacious. The ski and ski out instructions were initially not accurate. Basically, cross the bridge both ways. Incline on the bridge allowed you to ski in to within 50 ft of the condo. Ski out was easier if you just carried the stuff over the bridge about 150 ft from the lockers unless you're willing to put on your skis and traverse up a slight incline for a bit. Washer dryer and utilities were very good. Very short walk to the village. The in and out path were easy and not technical at all for me and my kids. Essentially green runs. Very nice place and would highly consider coming back.
