We were a family group celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. All the subgroup split and traveled each day, coming home to to cook and enjoy each other. The Central Coast Retreat handled our need to a T. Couldn't have been more please. Every single item we needed was in the house. My wife and I probably won't have a second 50th anniversary but if we did this would be a great VRBO to use as a celebration base.

We had 3 families staying at once and it went very smooth! Each room worked out perfectly for the ages of kids and adults we had. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean! We are people who enjoy having a fan at night and there are not fans in the house. So we ended up opening windows and then that brought some outside noise from the street behind. Not anything terrible but is worth noting. We enjoyed the gift from the hosts when we arrived, the kids enjoyed the games provided and they really had everything we needed ! This was such a great spot to be in for our family trip! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect location for our CSUMB Graduate Family Celebration. Home was beautiful and had a great lay out. Charles was very good about responding to any questions. We Highly recommend this VRBO!

From the moment I placed the reservation until the day we left, Charles has been very responsive and communication was excellent. The home is exactly as it is in the picture. Everything was very clean and the amenities we excellent. We utilized the firepit. My family and i truly enjoyed our stay, and will be staying again on our next trip to California. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.

This condo is not only beautiful, but also very clean!! It was more than we expected and was well stocked!! Charles was very responsive and I highly recommend this condo!!

We came in to ride the Laguna Seca race track. There was plenty of room to back my F350 and 26' trailer into the long driveway. Once inside everything was clean and tidy. The washer and dryer worked well. We would stay here again!

Overall, our stay was great. There were seven adults. More than enough places to sleep. The living area, dining area, and kitchen were very open and could accommodate all of us. The outside fire pit was great and used every evening. Charles (host) was very accommodating and answer our questions within 15 minutes. He had sent us all the checkin and checkout instructions in advanced. He also checked in with us periodically during our stay to ensure all was going well. The location was perfect as we went to the raceway but also went to Carmel and Monterey during our stay. Each was only a 20 to 30 minute drive. I would certainly recommend this place.

Owner is very nice, communicative and very responsive. The home looks exactly as you see in pictures. Cleaning fee is quite pricey considering the actual cleanliness of the floors and carpet. The location of the home is in a nice and quiet area. Overall good location and stay.

Perfect for our large family

This was a perfect place for our family to stay as we (affordably) explored the Monterey area. There were no surprises, and everything was true to description. Charles was great: communicative and kind. We had a large group consisting of people from ~2 to ~75. The inside and outside were very spacious and gave everyone the freedom to comfortably hang out together or grab some alone time. The house is really beautiful. I ran some mornings, and the neighborhood is really nice... with a nearby park. We had such an amazing time together, and I will cherish it forever.

We were lucky to stay here with 10 adults and two children. Plenty of beds and a nice great room. Don’t forget the lovely patio and firewood for the fire ring. Amazing!

Charles was extremely communicative and helpful since day 1. We had to make changes to our initial reservation last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and Charles was very accommodating. His property was very clean and well kept, and he even gave us a list of recommendations to do around the neighborhood. It was an overall wonderful experience and I would recommend this place to everyone!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing our stay was here!!! This place is a must!!! Please believe me when I tell you…it really is everything and more! And not to mention the amazing host Charles. He took such great care of us while we were there- quick to respond and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would like to mention how the pictures are beautiful but being there in person is so much more beautiful and the home is such a relaxing getaway. I cannot wait to book my next family vacation here!! Kids are really looking forward to coming back!! Thank you Charles for your amazing getaway home!!! It was everything and more!!!

This house worked perfectly for the group of guys visiting the area on motorcycles. We toured the southern peninsula and carmel valley before heading down PCH. The house was perfect and we were able to fix meals and visit with the space available. Owner communication was great.
