Guest must provide CC and ID that match for the reservation. Keep in mind, if you are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking directly, not all third parties share your information with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees. Security: Please note, that there is a camera out front pointed toward the front yard and one in the back yard pointed toward the pool for liability purposes. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20 lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and a $250 fee per pet are required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals that provide a service to their owners, for example, seeing-eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies. Sorry, we cannot allow cats. The fee goes to steam cleaning the home post-stay so that the house is clear of allergies for future guests. Pool Heating Details - Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $100 per night. - The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pool is outside, we have it set to 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining. - We generally recommend that the pool be heated from October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. - To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily. Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund. Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chefs, car rentals, car detailing, and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors. --- These are local, third-party services that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner --- By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities. Rest easy with WAIVO INSURANCE. Your reservation is covered for up to $5,000 in accidental damages. Let's face it... kids make messes and accidents happen.
