Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa

Breakfast was good, as well as location.

Noisy AC; dinner.

We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony and the beach was right in front with the pool in back.

The rooms are small. There are no hooks in the bathroom save one in the water closet.

this is a gorgeous location in Palm Beach. Great bar area, stylish rooms with a fantastic offer of champagne, spirits in the rooms ( full bottles, not the spirit samples you find in other places), beach front with direct access to the beach

Valet rushes your car and it seems as if you don’t have any other options to park, which you do… they just take your keys and charge you without asking. The valet leaves after a certain time??? What’s the point then? Also when checking out we noticed they charged a $50 fee to check in early, when I asked if the room was ready at 1 PM, Noah said yes it was and didn’t mention anything else… and when we asked him about it at check out, he said yes the fee is standard and we should have asked him about it… he has an attitude and said the responsibility of the fee disclosure goes both ways and while maybe he should’ve told us we also should have asked?? It was rude and came off as this hotel just tries to charge you an arm and a leg as a secret when we already paid you for a room. I didn’t like that and for that reason I probably would not return, no one likes hidden charges. The valet is one thing but if you would’ve told me about the early check in fee, I would’ve headed to the beach and waited a few hours… why is there a fee anyway, if a room is vacant and I paid for it - you’re going to charge an additional $50 for 3 hours? Insane and unethical in my opinion, not even in an all inclusive resort they have done that to me. The hotel itself is nice but the staff… not so much.
