Situated in Carolina Forest, this lovely condo for $153 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Summary: 3rd floor (must climb stairs), Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Very bright and full of light. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests. *PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details. The Space: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very comfortable condo. Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) . Dining area open to living room. Sheets and linens provided. *Free WiFi and cable TV. *Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only. Guest Access: The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. *Access the pool with pool key only. 1 pool key is placed in the kitchen drawer. Pool key must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $100 charge for each lost or broken pool key. *Parking is free. * motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises. The Neighborhood: Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course. Getting Around: Car, Taxi, Uber Other Things to Note: Pool key is photographed before each stay. (pool closes on September 1st) *Please review my house rules. *Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns. Some cleanliness issues when we checked in, landlord was supportive and provided cleaning supplies. (??) Balcony is REALLY small, cannot fit more than two small chairs. Location is great, shopping nearby. Kitchen in desperate need of cooking supplies - again - Landlord very receptive and said it would be remedied. Communication with Landlord was excellent.

The property was nice, it was a good location an clean. The negatives were no elevator, going up an down 3 long flights of stairs was a lot. The biggest disappointment was the security at the pool was racist. Everyday he asked for pool Bands from us but never asked any of the other guests for theirs an they were white. We definitely felt singled out.

Great location, nice condo, looks exactly as advertised. Equipped with everything you need and little extras until you are able to get to the store. Nice pool, bed is comfortable, furniture is nice, clean. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. You wont regret staying here. Highly recommend!

Apartment was very comfortable and cozy especially the bed that's important! Access to walking 🚶‍♂️ biking or jogging outside the complex i appreciated that.. overall it was quiet and we enjoyed our stay there.

The whole experience was wonderful. The condo was very clean and modern. Greatest feature was having a washer and dryer. The pool was close and very well maintained. The bed is very comfortable. We would have preferred a regular coffee maker versus the Keurig. But no complaints.
