Situated in San Tan Valley, this charming bed and breakfast for $129 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Come on over and relax at this peaceful retreat. Central to Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area. Our home is close to several restaurants and stores in the beautiful town of Queen Creek. We're approx 25 mins (9miles) from Frwy, & about 50 mins (40 miles) to Scottsdale, Phx & the surrounding areas. Mesa/Gateway Airport is close by and the Phoenix Airport is 39 miles from here. 7mins to Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre, 20mins to Legacy Sports Park, 30 minutes to Country Thunder in Florence, 60mins to WM Phx Open in SD. Our home is very quiet and cozy. We have been told by other guests that the environment is very peaceful. We are excited and happy to share it with you. The bedroom includes a Queen bed. If you like sleeping under the stars, turn the bedroom lights on for about 15-20mins before bed. Enjoy! There is a pull-out couch in the living room that turns into a full-sized bed. Fits 4 guests comfortably and up to 6 if need be. *There is an extra full-sized mattress that can be put down on the floor in the bedroom if you need that. The space includes the following appliances: Kitchen Sink Microwave Coffee maker Blender Small Refrigerator Waffle Maker Toaster Oven/Air Fryer Electric Skillet (Plug in) Dual Hot Plate (Plug in) Ice Maker (Plug in) Other accessories include: Plates, bowls, silverware, wine glasses, glasses, mugs Serving and cooking utensils Measuring cups & spoons Tupperware Cooking & baking pots & pans, etc. Hairdryer Ironing board Iron Towels, Sheets, Blankets, Pillows Of course, if you forget something, please text us and we have extra supplies and toiletries if need be. *If you are visiting on an extended stay, and need your laundry washed, we can accommodate. Please let us know. Outside: Hot tub (4hours per day) Pool (7.5ft deep) with a waterfall slide and grotto cave (Heated for extra charge-*Ask) Patio Grill Glass Fire Pit Guest access The Casita is attached to our home and we have a shared wall. We are separated for privacy by an inside door that will remain closed and locked. There is street parking available in front of the house for 1 or 2 cars. Please let us know if you will have more than that. *Full disclosure: We do have dogs and children. We try to keep the noise to a minimum and our children go to bed rather early. We will be respectful to you as guests with our noise level and we ask that you do the same for us. Other things to note: We are pleased to offer you Roku with live stream and free Wifi as well. We would appreciate it if you would remember to turn off the lights as you come and go. The A/C and Heater are separate so you will be able to adjust as needed. Please put your trash outside your door and we will dispose of it for you by 9:30 pm each night during your stay. ****This is our home too so please be considerate and no illegal activity and no funny business! ****

We stayed in this cute casita for 4 nights while attending Country Thunder! It was the perfect location and close to food and everything we would need. Owner was super responsive We give them a 10! Thanks!

We had a great 8 nights at the casita. The hosts were so welcoming and wonderful. It had everything we needed and more. The starry ceiling was super cool at night. I highly recommend turning on the pool water feature on and using the slide! Even the adults had a blast! Thank you so much for having us. Clean, newer, safe neighborhood. Lots of things to do close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay and very convenient to my sons wedding venue “The Big Tin Cotton Gin.” I appreciated all the little things included (coffee, ice maker etc.) The beds were comfortable!!

Spotless, well thought through and filled with things, that make your stay comfortable. But it would be impossible to find this place w/o gps! It’s a brand new neighborhood, with adjacent areas still under construction. There are many new community serving places, some already open, some are coming up. Our communication with Christina was invaluable.

Originally my sister and I booked this facility but at the last minute we're joined by her husband, my brother and his wife. So it was a bit tight but we made it work. We all enjoyed it!

Christina was very helpful with little requests we made our first day, and suggested the perfect restaurant for us that night (Serranos Mexican). We loved soaking in the hot tub under a full moon at night, with the lovely "ocean view" in the back yard. A handy spot for hiking beautiful trails at state parks nearby.

It was a beautiful one bedroom lock off unit in a brand new house. Very comfortable and clean. If you stay up late and sleep in late, there is a dog on the property that may affect that. The hosts were very responsive to any needs we had. Great experience 👍

I stayed three nights with my 4-year-old son and my sister. We were in town visiting our ailing father so didn’t spend much time at the place except to sleep, but we found it very comfortable and clean. It was great for our needs and the owners were so sweet to check in with us.
