Crib available, is a $50 delivery fee must be set up prior Trash days are Monday and Thursday mornings trash must be taken to the curb Sunday and Wednesday nights Camera at the front door, Camera over the driveway, Cameras in both corners of the backyard and on each side yard. Inside of house was very nice. Clean, spacious and well appointed. Outside not so nice - needs a good power wash and paint. Entrance unattractive. Looks somewhat unloved outside. It was my 1st time renting and would have liked a little more communication prior to check in about what check in looks like and how it happens. Didn't get that email until day before - made me nervous.

We were grateful and pleasantly surprised about this property. It was in a wonderful neighborhood (I was able to go for a run every day - which is important to me) and was plenty spacious for our stay. We did cook Thanksgiving dinner here - and needed to buy some additional kitchen supplies in order to make that happen. So on that end, it was a little bit of a scramble, but it worked and we had an awesome meal! Charles, the property manager, was very helpful when we needed help due to issues with the internet. He was responsive and available and we appreciated that. I believe we were some of the first people to stay at this property. I would recommend that they have a "welcome packet" or some type of instructions regarding internet passwords, how to use the tv, garbage, recycling, check-out etc. Every VRBO I have ever stayed in has that on the counter as you walk in OR I've been emailed full instructions before my arrival. On Thanksgiving night - we are a big football family - thank goodness I had my computer because we had to stream it into the television to see any of the games. The service needs to be more than basic - if it was more than that, we didn't have instructions to reference We rated cleanliness as a "4" - but the inside was a "5". The outside pool area needs to be pressure washed (thus the 4 rating) and I would update the furniture. We have stayed in a LOT of VRBO places in the past several years, so I hope our review is taken constructively! It's a great house, perfect location and very comfortable! I highly recommend the property and plan to stay here again!
