It features amazing views: the beach and over toward St. Armands, Longboat Key, East looking toward Bird Key, downtown, the mangroves, and also South toward the preserve area and South Lido Park. You will fall in love with this unique condo, just mere feet away from the white sand of Lido Beach. This top floor unit is on the 8th floor (with elevator), and recently remodeled with wooden floors, Haiku fans and tasteful art. As you enter the condo, you will love the living area with its large and luminous windows. It features various comfortable seating arrangements with many armchairs, several couches, and a TV. Decoration and furniture are modern in a refined taste. The dining area can accommodate 8 guests on a wooden dining table with 4 chairs and cosy benches. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including the custom cabinet front Bosch refrigerator, the induction cook top, and double ovens. You will enjoy the modern feel with white cabinets throughout, white counter tops and bar with a marble look. Adjacent to the kitchen area is a built-in bar area that has a wine refrigerator for your convenience. It's a state of the art kitchen for cooking all your meals! The spacious Master Bedroom is very luminous with large windows overlooking the preserve and Bird Key. it includes a king size bed, night stands, elegant art work, a TV, a large dressing and seating to enjoy the beautiful views. The renovated master bathroom features two sinks, a separate toilet, and a beautiful walk-in shower with a rain-shower and 6 jets coming from the wall. The 2nd colorful bedroom includes a king size bed, 2 matching night stands and lamps. The 3rd bedroom is in the shades of green with 2 queen size beds, One night stand and one lamp. The 2nd bathroom includes a sink, toilet and shower. The unit has impact resistant hurricane windows, and one parking space (permit needed from the HOA) The Lido Surf and Sand is a waterfront community that offers a heated pool and spa, grills next to the pool area, fitness center, indoor community social room, library, shuffleboard and fully enclosed secure under building parking and on-site security. HOA Application needed and approval required before check-in. Approval takes about 10 days. The $150 application fee is included in the booking. The fee amount is subject to change. You will love the amazing location: Lido Beach was recently renovated and enlarged, watch beautiful sunsets, manatees, birds or dolphins! St Armands circle with its restaurants, bars and boutiques is 15 min walk away. Downtown Sarasota is 10 min drive away with more restaurants, bars, stores, a theater, opera house, exhibitions, concerts, etc... Enjoy your time there to see the famous Ringling Museum, Mote Aquarium or the Selby Gardens.
