**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** This updated and well-maintained ground-level two bedroom condo includes a full kitchen, cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace, private, off-ground balcony and full bath with an interior hallway that leads to the private entrance of the home with an indoor ski locker in the hall immediately next to condo entrance.    Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - Two Queen Beds Stepping into the condo, guests will find an updated, open and comfortable living space that includes the living room with wood-burning fireplace, a deck with views of the neighborhood and surrounding mountains, a dining room and a full kitchen, all with new flooring and window treatments. Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning. This building has thin walls and the residents do strictly enforce the 10pm quite time - please be respectful of your neighbors when staying at Purgatory Townhomes. Winter visitors will be in walking distance to the main ski runs at Purgatory while still finding themselves in a quiet condo ‘neighborhood’ with easy access and 24 hour check-in availability.  In summer, there is an abundance of hiking, biking and 4x4 trails in the resort itself as well as in the San Juan Mountains which surround the resort area. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
