This apartment was the perfect little place for me to stay while visiting from out of town. Everything was clean and comfortable with extra cute little touches everywhere! We especially liked the private outdoor deck to use downstairs on the street level. Michelle was very attentive and a great host so I will definately book again on my next trip to Hollister. Thank you!

Nice little getaway spot. the stairs are a little steep and hard to negotiate while carrying luggage, but once inside very nice, close to shopping and restaurants.

I was in a wedding at Leal Vineyards and stayed here for two nights. Turned out to be walking distance to downtown restaurants where the rehearsal dinner was and then breakfast the morning after the wedding. The bed was very comfortable and the entire apartment was cozy and felt like home. There was no designated parking but I did not have trouble finding parking nearby during my stay. The host was super responsive and the neighbor/co-host was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Great stay. No fault of owner but must park around the corner in the back. They will ticket you out front. It is well enough lit but I would caution females to just be aware of your surroundings. The entrance is not well lit so punching in the code at night can be tricky. Have your flashlight ready. So well decorated and clean. Cant say that enough. Will definately be staying everytime i am in town.

Nicely furnished cozy home away from home

Stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. As stated this upstairs apartment overlooks the street with a bar across the street which can be noisy at times but the noise does not make its way back to the bedroom so was not a problem. The stairs are steep so don’t recommended this unit for anyone with mobility issues. There is an apartment next door and tenant there was very friendly and offered to assist with anything we knight need. The apartment is very cozy and clean. We wanted a place with a full kitchen and this met our needs. Parking was a daily issue both in the lot and by fire station as suggested. We took our chances one night and parked on the street where there was only one no overnight parking sign on the street. The only other issue was no hot water pressure in kitchen. Not sure why. Would we stay here again—absolutely. Beats any hotel we have ever stayed in in the area.

This property was super adorable and clean. The decor was impressive, even down to kitchen equipment being selected to compliment the whole look. Every need a guest would need was supplied, and if you would need anything (else) the host was very accommodating. Also nice to be able to communicate with the host at any time. We didn't realize Hollister had so much night life so that would be the only complaint regarding 'noise.' But I think that could be overlooked and wouldn't bother some people at all. It was nice to be able to walk downtown. I would totally recommend this RETREAT!
