This was our family vacation with our children and grandchildren. It was amazing! The house, Southern Charm, was over the top, with a huge kitchen and everything you would need to make a meal or grill out. Great family spaces, pool and patio area and plenty of bedrooms/baths for all of us! Used the laundry area to take home clean cloths and loved that there was a restroom accessible from the pool The entire home was extremely clean, well decorated and convenient. It's a good ten minute walk to the beach, or a shorter bike ride - I would recommend renting bicycles if you're not a walker; especially considering all the beach stuff you'll want, so plan for bicycles, backpacks, and rent the chairs, umbrellas, etc. It's worth the price if you plan much time at the beach. And the beach is great - not commercial, not crowded, just simply beautiful.We would definitely stay at this house again! What a wonderful time in a wonderful home.Jay and Linda were wonderful hosts and gave us all the information we needed to make our vacation a success!

We had an amazing family vacation here in early June. The house is beautiful, super clean, and had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax.
The kids lived in the pool, and the short distance to the beach made it easy to pop back and forth for the day. The neighborhood is quiet, the location is great for exploring Sea Pines, and the hosts were excellent with communication.
We'd absolutely come back for another summer trip.

We stayed for 3 weeks in April/May 2021. After all of the pandemic lockdowns and restrictions it was a wonderful break back to normalcy. The house was in great shape and was really good space for people working and doing remote school. Lots of room for everyone. Our only “complaint”, and very small one, would be the back patio and deck around the pool could have used a good sweep and power wash. It was early in the season so backyard just needed a little TLC. We would recommend and rent again.
