Highlights include a private lake-view balcony with alfresco dining and a convenient sleeping alcove with built-in bunks. Stroll just 3 minutes to the soft sand and rolling waves. Four swimming pools and a kiddie pool keep the fun in the sun going all day. Other resort perks include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a nightly light show at the lake, and a variety of on-site eateries. LIVING AREA Stretch out on the sectional in the open living area while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Three can keep the chef company at the center island. When dinner is ready, the dining table seats four. BED & BATH This condo sleeps 10 guests across three bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the sleeping alcove. The primary suite has a king bed, a TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second suite has a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a king bed and a TV, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take in the incredible lake views from the large private balcony. A table for four is ideal for alfresco dining. Laketown Wharf amenities include: -Four pools and a kiddie pool (open year-round and heated in winter months) -Private beach access -On-site dining -State-of-the-art fitness center -Steam room -Gulf-view sauna -Nightly lighted fountain show on the lake EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the community garage, a 5-minute walk from the condo. This single-story condo is located on the 20th floor. Elevators are available. The windows located above the sliding doors in the primary suite do not have window coverings and offer natural morning light. LOCATION Located across the street from the beach, walk to the shore in just 3 minutes. Other attractions within walking distance include WonderWorks Panama City Beach and Ripley’s Believe It or Not. Golfers will appreciate the proximity to Signal Hill Golf Course. For additional shopping, dining, and entertainment options, head to Pier Park. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 20. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. 3-Bedroom/3-Bath was great room for all of us. We had beautiful sunrises! The heated pool all the kids loved. It was a great staycation! Centrally located for everything we needed to do!

Good communication and fast delivery of our needs and concerns. However, there is a lot to work on the cleaning, dishes were dirty and bathroom scrubbers and toilet rims were very unclean.

This is a spacious condo… everyone had plenty of space….. my overall favorite thing is that this condo was so clean. Great job. Excellent location to everything and you fell really safe they have workers checking wristbands at every entrance and exit.

Wondering stay in absolute luxury. Fully furnished and twice the size of my own apartment. Lots of amenities. Beautiful view of the beach. Walking distance from stores and restaurants. Only complaint is microwave didn't work but thats minor. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and nice home but Rooms wasn’t completely cleaned Washer machine had standing dirty laundry due to broken contact property management and was told no one could come out till Monday they did say I will receive a $110 credit in 6-8 weeks.
