With 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, a twin size bunkbed and sleeper sofa in the living room this unit can sleep 12! -The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the private balcony. -The second Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private balcony. -The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds. -The 4th bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a flat screen tv. -The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed. All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.
