This beautifully decorated large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in one of the best resorts on the beach will fill up soon! Book now so you can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for renters. Condo and balcony are smoke free.
Unit 1702 in Tower 1 on the 17th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, built-in twin XL bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.
The Oceanfront Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and a wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV
The 2nd Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath and a wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV
The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV
The 4th bedroom has built-in twin bunk beds and a wall mounted 24" ROKU Smart TV with Blue Ray player
Living room has sleeper/sofa (sofa opens up to queen size bed), 4 side chairs, 58" wall mounted ROKU Smart TV with Blue Ray player
Dining room table and seating for 8, room for 4 more at the counter and 4 more on the patio. Most condos that sleep 12 don't have enough dining space. All 12 can eat together in this condo!

We had a fantastic vacation as a family of 6 plus 2 grandparents. This condo was truly perfect with so much room! It was very clean and comfortable and provided the perfect place for us all to relax. The owners came to help us with something and so we got to meet them and they were so lovely. Location was great, parking was a breeze and the unit is almost at the very end, tucked away in a quiet hallway which we find important! My FIL said his bed was maybe the most comfortable bed he has ever laid in. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for the group and we loved the spacious patio and furniture. There was also beach chairs in the unit we took down each morning which was perfect! We would for sure come back!!

Perfect for a family get away! The space is exactly as pictured and the beach is beautiful! We didn’t spend any time at the pool but if you are looking to do so, it’s off to the side of the building in this tower and wasn’t as ocean front as some other places we’ve stayed. It was nice to have the option of the indoor pool.The fitness center is across the street and was outfitted with anything you need for cardio or strength training. There is roof top tennis across the street however it seemed that you need to have your own equipment and since we flew, this was not an option as far as we could tell.1 of the 2 elevators near us was out of order for our stay however this was not a problem in terms of waiting.The condo itself is exactly as pictured and the balcony view is spectacular-any time not spent on the beach was spent there.It was great to have the full kitchen and laundry on site. My only critique is that the condo sleeps 10 but only 5 beach towels were provided. Since we had flown in, we did not bring these with us so we did need to call to get an additional towel but this was quickly remedied. We also had some cooler nights and the blankets were all pretty thin and we found only one additional blanket. There were plenty of beach chairs for our group and there were also sand toys and goggles available. Overall, we were very happy with the condo, the communication was great and you can’t beat the beach and the view. We’d go back!
