There is a stairwell directly in front of the condo and you can take 2 flights down the the pool and beach level. The elevator lines at the Majestic can get pretty long in the peak season**** TOWER 1 AT THE MAJESTIC * 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom. (New king bed in the main master bedroom For 2023 season) The oceanfront master has a king size bed a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony. This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 7. The use of space was ideal and the view couldn’t be beat! We had everything we needed and we can’t wait to come back next year. Plenty of activities within a 10 minute drive in every direction. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen as we like to cook while on vacation and had no problem doing so.

Everything worked, no clogged drains, super comfy beds, comforters were so soft, super clean, short elevator ride which means EVERYTHING when you have dripping wet kids from the pool. Security onsite who were very knowledgeable, specialty coffees right downstairs...this place was lovely! We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Book it!

None of the tvs in the bedrooms worked. That was an inconvenience. And the elevator close to our room was not working and two days we couldn’t use the stairs and had to go to tower 2 just to get to our room..

We picked the end unit over the pool so my mom (age 78) could watch her great-granddaughter. There was an elevator close to our end of the building but it was out of order then closed because of construction on the first floor. This made it much more difficult to get hr in and out of the unit. The unit it self wasn’t bad but could definitely use some deep cleaning. We had to stack multiple cushions on the outdoor chair so my mom could get out of it. There is a loud bar across the street. The unit is huge.

Lol don’t stay here. The pictures are very inaccurate. Some cushions outside on furniture on balcony are missing/tore/have mold on them. The sliding door where the laundry is located fell off the first day. There’s mold in the bathrooms. The room with the full size beds have twin size comforters so that makes no sense. One of the twin size beds didn’t even have a comforter made up on the bed. I don’t think anything was washed because they had “that smell”. Can’t forget the vomit on the side of the toilet from the previous renters!!!! Upon arriving, we had 2 dust pans full of sand from floors. Like I said previously nothing was washed. We had to go out and buy cleaning products on top of the cleaning fee. Would love to reach out to owners and tell them they have great decorating skills but it would like a lot better with the stains out of the furniture/rugs. I’m sure they feel good ripping off people off. I’d like my money back lol
Don’t waste your time reaching out to customer service. After pictures were sent, they didn’t respond and now my stay is over.

Ok, so first I will start with the positives. The balcony really is fantastic and the property is located in a good spot. The beds were comfy, there is a good amount of seating. It has the potential to be a really nice unit instead of just an OK one. Decor was on point, and kitchen well stocked.
Now for the downside. When we got there, the place was infested with ants. We are not talking a few, we are talking hundreds. With that being said, they came within a couple hours of us calling to take care of it and we didn't see another ant. The toilets all wobble, there is mold is the hallway bathroom, and no hot water in the bathroom with the two queens. Cabinets in the kitchen peeling, and overall it just needs some TLC to fix some of the issues.
As far as the property, the amenities are nice, but we won't be staying here again. It's quite the hall every time you need your vehicle, but that's not the worst part. The pool police are the worst. You can't throw a football in the pool, or enjoy a drink at the edge. All the pools (including indoor) close if there is lightning detected within 15 miles. Next door they swim away, while people are the Majestic wait.

The condo was a great location. It’s on the end so you don’t need to wait for elevators if you don’t want to. We used stairs a majority of the time. Great view of the pool and ocean front. The downfall is that the back bedroom is on the street side. Very loud and busy, ALL night long. But I believe this is the way the entire complex is, not just this one.
The linens and bathrooms were clean. But there was a lot of sand still on the floors.
The kitchen had some drawers that have been defaced of paint/lamination. There were no kitchen bowl with lids to store any food in so it made it difficult to prepare food and keep it for later which was our plan. We had to go and buy some disposable storage bowls for the week.
They do not own a vacuum cleaner so you have to broom sweep everything, even the rug in the living room, so there is sand no matter how hard you try. There was sand already/still everywhere when we checked in.
There were ants all over the porch furniture so we couldn’t sit on the cushioned couch and chairs. We could only use the big tall ones and the plastic loungers.
This place could be such a wonderful place. The size was perfect for the amount of people we had (10). The porch is perfect for a big group and could be amazing with a little care and the layout of the entire condo worked well. Just little things like the ants, kitchen issues, noise and sand keeps me from saying that I want to stay again.

Enjoyed the facility, but the condo was below standards for the amount of money we paid. Paint was peeling off cabinets, mold growing in the master shower, had to was sheets from one of the rooms when we arrived, (look like poop on the sheets). Everything else was nice, location was great, amenities were great, just the condo was way over priced for the condition it was in.

This condo is great but it does need some love. First, the good was located in a great area within walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants. Being on the 4th level was handy, esp. when the (slow) elevator (only 1 working on our side) took too long, then we'd just take the stairs. The view from the large balcony was amazing!! You get to see sunsets and sunrises!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. There were extra pillows but not blankets. Now for the other stuff....we didn't encounter anything that would make us want to call and complain while we were there but it's clear that the owners had not stayed in the is unit in quite some time. The first day we were there the kitchen sink backed up. We called for service and they arrived in a timely manner and fixed it properly. It's seemed that this was an issue in the kitchen previously since the cabinets were peeling in that area. The paint and first layer of particle board had big chunks missing. All 3 toilets rocked when you sat on them and the one in the middle bedroom, trickled the entire time we were there and the ice maker was not working properly. It's was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit but the closet door to the washer/dryer kept falling off. Again, we did not call since we knew how to put it back on.One other thing that was minor but the bathrooms could use some hooks for towels. There wasn't really anywhere to hang wet towels (or swimsuits). The primary bedroom could use a full length mirror too. We were also only supplied 1 dish towel. We thought that was skimpy.And last but certainly not least, the front door is badly beat up and very dirty and the lock was a little confusing so much so that we didn't have it locked the first night and we thought we did.Bottom line - we did enjoy our stay but for the money we paid, we expected more. The condo needs some love, y'all.

We had a great family vacation at PCB! The Gulf water and beach are absolutely beautiful. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Shipwreck Island Water Park, wave runners, mini-golfing, and go-cart track. Our only complaint would be that the outdoor pools were ice cold -- our grandkids were disappointed in that. Overall though, a great trip!

We had a lot of from for our large family. It was nice having the 3 bedrooms as well as an actual room for the bunks. Having the 3 full bathrooms made getting ready easy.
The views were amazing and it was nice having a large patio to enjoy it. The furniture on the patio could use some updating, but there was enough seating.
There were little things that could use some maintenance, the paint pealing on a kitchen cabinet, laundry door off hinges, towel hooks loose and some stains on the living room rug. The property own offered to come out and fix the door, but we let them know we were okay with it and not worry about it.
Overall the resort is nice with plenty of space at the pools, the beach did get crowded. It was nice having a place to eat and a market at the resort.

This unit is Dirty! The furniture and floors are very dirty, so dirty that other people's dirty socks and trash were under the beds. Our tv was missing the power cord so i had to go buy one at Walmart! The smoke decter was unhooked and stuck in a drawer with no battery. The laundry room door falls down everytime you open it. (it fell on my son) the chair in the unit had 2 broken legs and was unusable. A moving company showed up in the middle of the week and delivered a new couch and sofa and did not take the old so i had to personally remove the chair, sofa and loveseat and call the property owner to get the old furniture picked up! The 1st moving company broke a vase. Lets just say it was a nightmare! My mother in law got a hotel for the week just to get away!

The condo could have been cleaner but overall it was good. Didn’t know it was bike week so we didn’t get much rest between the drunks yelling at 3 am or the motorcycles racing down front street. Live and learn, check what festivals are happening before you book!!

We had an absolute blast! Loved the beach access, bar directly below on ground level, super close to Walmart for anything needed we forgot! Close enough to walk but convenient enough to just grab car and go explore the city!

Great condo! We only had one concern. There was black mold in all bathrooms above the showers. There is no proper ventilation. Communication with property manager was great.

Master bedroom could use a new matress.
We did have to get all of the necessary items dish washing, paper towels, extra TP, etc.
But the location is well worth it.

The view, is amazing. But honestly that's the only thing this condo has going for it. This unit needs some serious TLC. The amount of dirt and dust on every baseboard, don't drop anything under a bed or couch because you may as well pitch it after you look under to grab the item. Nasty is what comes to mind. Every bed linens were stained, none of us slept on them. Thanks to the previous reviews of that we knew to bring our own. The bunk bed is not safe what so ever. Needs replaced asap. The bathroom by the front door needs work done on the toilet and tub doesn't drain properly. It was a blast standing in your own dirt or waiting for others in the condo to be done showering so theirs could be used. Paint chipped many places, laundry room door falling off, sink sprayer doesn't work. Couches need thrown out. Pure disgusting and flat. I have rented and stayed in many VRBO rentals and NEVER expierenced something this bad. When you spend thousands to stay somewhere you expect that at bare minimum it's clean. For a 9 am checkout and 4 pm check in, clearly the cleaning crew is not taking the time to actually clean. Replacing towels and half way vacuuming is not clean!! A swiffer, would do wonders in this unit. Very disappointed in this unit. Would NOT recommend anyone to stay until the property management takes all of these reviews of lack of cleanliness seriously. So many reviews went south after we booked in March for our October stay and all were 100% correct.

This is my first ever review for anything online but when you spend this amount of money you need facts.
Pros-Great location to the beach. Great end unit. Amazing balcony with new and comfy furniture-(everyone’s favorite part of condo). Nice kitchen counter tops. All the pots/pans etc you would need for a week. Easy checkin. Nice complex. Although the pools were wayyyyy to cold to swim in.
Cons: It’s a haul to the parking garage which is across the street. You have elevators in parking garage-must go to third floor to cross over to the condos then you have to take another elevator to your floor. Our condo needed some TLC. Paint was pealing off cabinets. All rugs were in need of going in the trash. FYI the online picture is not what you get. There is NOT a huge area rug and the light fixtures are all different (no biggie). I was under the impression that both master suites had adjoining bathrooms but that is not the case. We took the master that had the bathroom outside in the hall-the tub was clogged the entire stay. When you showered you had 4-6 inches of water sitting in tub. Obvious plaster to cover holes, cracks just needs some care in that bathroom for sure. The bunk beds are not stable. We were really afraid for anyone to sleep on the top bunk. The two queen bedroom is tight-not much room so don’t expect it. The closest is right beside one of the beds. The bathroom in that one was ok. Master up front there were no issues besides the jacuzzi tub shot out large black specks assuming mold???? The living room couch def needs either cleaned or changed out. Stained bad. And the worst part of the whole condo was our master suite comforter. It was stained in huge blood stains. I immediately put it in the closest found another blanket and stuck it in the washer. I left a note for housekeeping that said this is nasty!!!!

When arrived found fans in bedrooms and appliances dusty. Floor was dirty when we arrived. Porch furniture in boxes when arrived and came back to two strangers in our condo with no notice putting together new furniture. Toilets in two of three bathrooms run constantly. Checkout was early compared to others after meeting others staying at same resort telling us checkout was 1030 or 11 for them. I realize different owners have different times but if it's to clean the condo for the next guests, I suggest a new cleaning company. After removing linens from beds as requested found stains on mattress pad that looked unwashed. Stains found on bedding also on arrival. Overall ok place to stay but cleanliness is 4 out of 10.

Place was not clean, main door did not work, patio furniture was worn, broken, cushions torn. Cupboards had paint coming off, did not close, toilet ran constantly. Place was not in a good location due to being on strip. The parking lot was across the street making very difficult for groceries, luggage, etc. called maintenance, they never came for anything. Way overpriced for the condition of unit. Messages with property owner/Emerald coast were very short with details or response except of course when it came to getting their payment. Panama City itself is extremely overpriced, traffic is outrageous. Not a family place still. Will not be back, do not recommend to anyone (this unit currently) and families overall for the area.

We are also a VRBO owner for our lake house and have to say this property needs attention. I hate writing a bad review but for the amount of money we spent it was way overpriced ($7,977) for what we got. We have no problem paying that kind of money for a unit that is in better condition or maybe I should stay in a "normal condition" and has properly been taken care of. The communication with the property manager was terrible, most of the times they never responded to our text messages.
To start with one of the cooking pans was completely scorched and could not be used. It still had burnt food in it. The shower in the master bathroom the paint was coming off of the ceiling. The vent registers have black mold on them. Two days into our trip we realized the door lock was not locking so anybody could have walked into our unit. The property manager did fix it very quickly once we let them know what was going on. The paint on the cabinet fronts was completely coming off in chunks and you could see the wood. One of the door cabinets was not hinged correctly. I would definitely not recommend for the amount of money they are charging I would not stay in this unit again, only wish I could have added pictures.

I expect a beach condo floor to be somewhat dirty because of the sand but it definitely needs a good mopping. The only other downfall was the outdoor balocony furniture. The furniture is on its last limb and definitely needs replacing. We spend most of our time on the balcony and we were afraid we would break the furniture because of how rusted it was. I emailed the rental manager on the day we arrived and received no response during the week of our stay. Other than the previous issues, it was a great stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool on the rainy days and loved the restaurant/bar downstairs. Overall a nice stay.

The dishwasher is not mounted in place causing it to leak. The smoke detector would go off every time we used the oven from it not being cleaned & putting off smoke. Patio furniture is very worn, rusted & close to breaking along with one of the accent chairs in the living room having a leg close to breaking. We never received passes to use the fitness center after reaching out to the property manager. The condo location is great & having the 3rd floor parking garage access was convenient. The condo set up is nice & has a beautiful view but is in need of some maintenance & a more thorough cleaning job.
