This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion. * 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom. The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a large flat screen tv. The 4th bedroom has a Twin size bunk bed. This Unit is on the 10th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs should you choose to eat in. The full size washer and dryer are new high end front load units. Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach: PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: • 3 Outdoor Pools • Fitness Center (Additional Cost) • 2 Indoor Heated Pools • Movie Theater • Tennis Court • Grill Area When you stay at the Majestic, you can truly STAY at the Majestic, there is no need to leave the resort. Or you can easily walk to some of the best beachfront restaurants and bars and the many specialty shops and restaurants at Edgewater Mall. This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs. Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit! You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly! ***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. The condo was excellent! Clean and perfect for us! The fact that somewhere next door shot their pistol off the balcony at 2:30am wasn’t enjoyable. My only request is to step up security
