Nestled in Long Beach, this lovely condo for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Relax and vacation in this interior designed inspired spacious condo on this second floor end unit located centrally in Panama City Beach. MariSol #205 is a unique 2115 sq ft, four-bedroom condominium. Low density only 45 units in entire complex. Enter into the foyer and you'll see on one side is a three-bedroom/two-bathroom unit and the other is a one-bedroom/one full bathroom lock-out with walk in tiled shower and separate tub. This unit is great for in-laws, parents or mischievous grandparents wanting to relive their honeymoon. Main side has King bed, Queen bed, Double bunks and Queen sofa sleeper Enjoy sunrise or sunset from the spacious unobstructed balcony view of 180* to the east & west. I have tried to think of every comfort that can make your stay memorable including 4 complimentary beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Enjoy either Keurig or good ole fashion drip coffee in the morning. This is a small complex, low density only 45 units. We have two elevators so there is rarely any wait. Security is very important here with a 24/7 locked lobby, self closing exterior doors, security in season, easy parking, as well as private beach walk to beach and back. Beach access either by walking thru pool or outside pathway. Showers located outside gate leading to beach so wash off when you return. High speed WiFi (100MBs), fitness center on site, and 2 parking passes included. If you need a 3rd parking pass it does cost an additional $50.00. Great for big families, multiple families, reunions, or wedding parties etc. All bedrooms with TV's and wall mounted. Large queen sofa sleeper. Living room and Master Bedroom have direct access to balcony overlooking the pristine waters and sugar white beaches. Superbly maintained and cleaned to the highest standards with a caring owner. You'll be thrilled when you step into this condo and how convenient it is to many excellent restaurants, Pier Park. My family goes to PCB 1-2 times a year, and this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. The pictures of the condo does not serve any justice. This place is absolutely perfect and very CLEAN. The beds were comfortable, and the parking and beach access was very convenient. The Marisols staff was pleasant and accommodating and the beach chair rental attendants were awesome also. Jimmie, the owner, was very responsive and had everything laid out for your arrival, very simple and to the point. The balcony view was breathtaking and we saw dolphins every single day. Will definitely book again.

Great week with awesome ocean view! Perfect location- 5 minutes to all our favorite restaurants. Loved that it wasn’t a high rise condo. Great security. Property very well maintained. Beach chairs and umbrellas were definitely a much appreciated bonus. The owner really did think of everything!!!

The condo was immaculate, clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the second floor balconies, front and back. Parking was close and convenient. Two sets of beach chair/umbrellas service was a definite perk! Jimmie was prompt to reply with any questions that I had. We will definitely be back and rebook with him for this condo!

Everything was great! Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Only one elevator during our stay but that was never a problem by any means. Being on the second floor everyone enjoyed the view to the beach and sound of the ocean. Will be hard to find a comparable place for a smaller group when we do come back. Definitely 5 star!!

Marisol #205 is one of the top 2 places I have stayed in at the beach! (FYI…I say top 2 because I have stayed in another Marisol unit!) Jimmie was so easy to work with and made sure our stay was flawless. The condo was clean, well equipped, and exceeded all of our expectations! The location can’t be beat and there is no way to quantify how much more valuable beach/fun time you have because you don’t end up wasting your time waiting on elevators!!! The condo is very spacious and can easily accommodate the advertised max 12 guests. I highly recommend Marisol #205!!! Jimmie is an excellent host and I can’t emphasize enough how easy he made the whole process. Thank you, Jimmie, for sharing your beautiful place with us!!!

10/10!! This place was amazing. Clean, spacious, relaxing, and not to mention quiet! I am always worried about how things will be before checking in, but never found one thing to complain about. We stayed the week of the 4th of July and expected it to be swarmed with people, but not here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!! Thanks Jimmie, and Roll Tide!

This is a beautiful, spacious, well-maintained condo which easily accommodated our extended family of twelve. It is in the center of lots of things to do and close to several eateries. Jimmy was quick to answer questions. If I had to list a negative, it was that the pool was very cold.

This could very well be the best condo we have ever stayed in and we have been going to the beach for over 40 years. It was one of the first times I didn't go in and do a little cleaning first. It was spotless! It offered everything we wanted and needed to have an awesome vacation. There were 11 of us and everyone had plenty of room and privacy in this unit. Jimmie couldn't be beat! No matter how many questions I had leading up to our vacation, he always was very prompt in getting back to me with the answers. I would recommend this unit to anyone and we will certainly be going back! Thanks VRBO and Jimmie for a wonderful vacation.

This condo is very spacious, and has all the amenities that you need , right on the beach. We got their kind of late for check in and had to make a trip to the store for coffee for the next morning. I would recommend having a little coffee care package. Also the pool was very cold.

This property is definitely in the top 5 of all the places we have stayed over the many years of coming to PCB! The owner, Jimmie, was always quick to respond, even when I had crazy questions to ask. The condo was very clean and everything was as described. The complex was very quiet and never a wait on the elevators. The location was perfect for our teenagers because they could walk to see their friends, who stayed a half mile away, and they could walk to Pineapple Willy’s. We will definitely try to book this property again in the future.

This property was absolutely perfect. Large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The mother in law suite was a lovely plus! The balcony was large and had beautiful furniture. Everything was exactly as Mr McCready said it would be and we had no issues at all. We will be staying here again in the future!

This property is by far the best vacation experience anyone can have. The ability to reconnect with my family over a stress free week is second to none. The property owner is beyond professional and courteous throughout the entire rental process. Tris is our 2nd time renting this specific unit and we will most certainly be coming back again and again!

We had a great time! The condo, restaurants, pool, beach and sunshine ! The availability of the beach on arrival day was fantastic. The security guard made us feel safe. We are on the last 3 hours of our drive home to Webb City, Missouri.
We will be back and hope to stay at Marisol in 2022.

This location in Marisol 205 was really great! Loved having the corner condo, and the view of the beach! Couldn't have asked for better. It was located close to eating and shopping/grocery store. Jimmie was really good about getting back to me when I had any questions or concerns, and took care of us really well. Staff at the Marisol was really nice as well. Would love to go back!!

Super Nice! Everything as described. The unit was extremely clean. Very spacious. Newly updated. 2 king suites, four adult size bunk beds, queen. It has 3 baths. Exercise room practically all to ourselves on this second floor. Check in process was very simple. Best location on the beach. Ocean front. We had four free beach chairs with two umbrellas all week. I have paid 200 to $400 for this in other places. Close to a pier and banana boat rides and jet skis right there to rent. The ocean was perfect all week. You won’t regret this unit. The owner was awesome a d kept his word in all aspects. Hope to find it available again.
