Nestled in Long Beach, this lovely condo for $249 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. ***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.*** This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 2nd floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach! Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's. The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area. Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below). Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities.

We had a great family vacation. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. This is our 2nd time at Long Beach Resort and would not stay anywhere else. It is gated property and has security which is nice. Condo was excellent and in a great location. I loved that all rooms have great view of the ocean. As mentioned in previous reviews the sliding doors could use some work.

Black mold in washer, growing up walls in both walk in showers, also in the lock-in bdrm ceiling by the “patio” door that is impossible to open. The mold on the ceiling has dripped down the inside of the filthy curtain I only noticed it bc my son was playing behind it. Sand was all over the dirty dining rm chairs. 4 of us cleaned for 1.5hrs after the check in at 4:30 (late!) including vacuuming the carpeted bedrooms and all of the sand we cleaned off the table and chairs and countertops. Even the fridge wasn’t wiped off AT ALL it was so obvious and filthy just looking at it being stainless steel. We also went out & bought $100 cleaning supplies and cleaned more the 2nd day. There were cockroaches! Property is run by EDCI look up their bbb report (F)! John Coldwell never responded to my ?s sent thru vrbo app abt the main patio door-FYI it doesn’t lock its broken so the place isn’t secure if someone wanted to climb up onto the 2nd floor they could get in. When we vroomed the patio aka sand pit the paint was coming right up. We used “clean” sheets found in a drawer to cover all the couches and chairs. Place needs a very deep cleaning, new furniture, new paint, and all that black mold needs to be addressed.

This was a great location. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 children. The over all cleanliness could have been better. The stove and refrigerator both were in bad need of cleaning. The kitchen has the bare necessities 1 pot and 2 small skillets that have been well used and a cookie sheet. There were only 4 forks and 3 small spoons to eat with. The unit needs a good deep cleaning. The front door and sliding door to balcony needs painting/cleaning. The front door was horribly dirty not a good first impression at all. Over all we made do and had a great time. We will stay in the same building again but not the same unit.

We had an excellent vacation staying at Long Beach. Beautiful resort, pools, and close to almost anything in PCB. The sliding glass door to balcony needs work, does not close all the way. Otherwise, very nice condo!

Everything was great. It looked just like the pictures. The only thing that was wrong is they need to have someone look at the sliding glass door in the living room. It did not shut all the way or lock.

Overall, a good stay. Resort was nice, parking was hard to find on a few occasions. Condo was nice and roomy for our family. Could use more dishes (bowls and skillets) and we had a run in with some bugs but I notified agency and they immediately sent someone out to spray.

I read reviews prior to our stay and had concerns due to the less-than-optimal reviews about cleanliness. Those concerns were completely unwarranted as the property was very clean upon our arrival. The unit layout was perfect for our family of 9. Kitchen layout allowed for good flow of traffic when eating in and all appliances were in good working order along with the AC unit. The second-floor location was perfect due to the stairs being right outside our door which made access to the parking lot and smaller pool very convenient. The grounds of the property are well maintained and clean. The property manager communicated well with me via email and made all info we may need for our stay available to us prior to our arrival including door codes, wi-fi password, rules for property and parking, etc. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Loved the layout. The view was wonderful. Would stay there again, just not in that unit. The place was dirty!!! They need a much better cleaning crew. The locking mechanism on sliding door was not working right and hard to open and shut. Tracks on door and windows were disgusting. Door handles had long screws that would hit your fingers. Pool stays open until 12. No one comes to check the teens and adults who are very loud and it kept waking the kids up.

Great view of the Gulf. The unit could use some TLC, new pots, pans, etc. The main door to the balcony needs attention. We love Long Beach and have stayed in several units. Pools and grounds are kept nice. The on-site grill & bar are a plus.

We decided to go to PCB this year for our kids spring break. By doing this we were able to take their grandparents along too. The location of the property was ideal to get to the marina and different restaurants without the traffic towards pier park. The unit being on the second floor was very convenient. The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed.

This was a great location. Easy to walk to points of interest for all age groups. The unit is spacious. We were not sent any details about the unit as far as unit # / door code so we initially had trouble getting in the front gate. I called the number from my email and it was disconnected. We were just sitting in the parking lot trying to contact someone from VRBO while security hassled us. Security was blatantly racist to one of the groups in our caravan that had black people in the car. They changed their tone when they saw that the black people were there with white people. Owner reported us for a noise violation on an evening when only 3 out of 10 guests were there and all 3 were ASLEEP in the condo. They called security because they saw people going up the stairs, via their Ring cam. Their unit is on the 1st floor out of 14 - of course youre going to see people going up the stairs.. because youre on the 1st floor. They did not reach out to me directly at any point, but instead falsely reported us to security. If they are so concerned with 10 people going in & out of the condo then they shouldnt rent it out to a group of 10. The reservation was clearly for 10 people and the listing stated that events were okay. Either way, the noise complaint was bogus and immature. Sad that someone has so much free time they sit around and watch their Ring camera. I would not book this unit again because i dont wish to deal with the owner or racism Overallit was not worth the money.

The beds are comfortable, could have been a little cleaner, the floors were not swept from the last people staying, and had beach sand an them. They had some roaches in the kitchen and we had to keep all our food in our coolers. Might need the exterminator more frequently. Over all it was a nice place to stay. We would come back!!

Overall was a great experience, very clean and perfect location to beach. Hot tubs and pools where great features to have as well as the 3 full baths for people to shower in. Only thing would be lack of kitchen/cooking utensils.

Although it was on the beach, off season does not have beach chairs. Red flag all week and quite foggy many days. Condo lacked many necessities for our length of stay. Publix was nearby as well as Walmart. See you in March for many shops and restaurants. We found Pier Park open for shopping, dining and New Years Eve beach ball drop and live band with 3 large screens. Fun time had by all. Happy New Year, 2023!!
