Our updated condo has a unique open floor plan, all new tile floor, and floor to ceiling windows/sliders that showcase the spectacular ocean views and beach from every room!! We just installed a Guardian Air Cleansing air system that cleans air and kills viruses for your protection. It is our pleasure to provide you with a complimentary seasonal beach service - 2 lounge chairs & umbrella during your stay! • Our large, end unit on the 7th floor showcases incredible views of the beautiful emerald waters, beach and beautiful, tropical swimming pool from our 2 balconies. • Our spacious entertaining area features an open plan living and dining area with striking quartz countertops in the kitchen and direct access to the over-sized, 3-sided balcony with new poly-wood furniture to enjoy the spectacular views while enjoying your morning coffee or a sunset meal. • The large fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops and all the cookware and utensils needed for most meals. There is plenty of room for dining with 8 seats at the dining table and 3 barstools at the kitchen breakfast bar. • Our 3 large master bedrooms are private and separated from each other and feature ensuite bathrooms (double sink vanities and shower/tub combinations) and balcony access from all three, so no one in your party will feel slighted! • All rooms have smart HD TVS for your enjoyment. Complimentary wi-fi throughout the resort. • Whatever you love most about the beach life - sunrises, sunsets, watching dolphins, gazing at the waves or just observing the beach activity, you will have a front row seat on the extra large front and side balconies as well as from any room inside! Long Beach Resort is wonderful for so many reasons. We have been owners and renting for over 17 years in PCB and would absolutely not stay or own anywhere else. Long Beach has one of the largest private beaches (very long and spread out due to the smaller volume and large condo layout), a fabulous tropical lagoon pool (over 7500 sq feet), with waterfalls and island, two additional Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), three hot tubs, BBQ grills, and a poolside bar and grill. It is a gated complex, with 24-hour security and the parking lot is on the same side of the street so no skywalks and excessive elevators to contend with which we love! The central location is perfect and you can walk to many special attractions such as Wonderworks, Miniature Golf & Rides, Ripleys Believe-It or Not. Walmart is right across the street (for food and beach items you may have forgotten to bring). There are so many great restaurants, shops and amenities to explore and none are very far away. Pineapple Willey's is a quick stroll on the beach. Pier Park and additional great restaurants and attractions are just a short drive away. Beautiful views from a beautiful condo. Accommodations took care of the 8 of us. Well furnished and well stocked kitchen. Owners are great to work with. Great communication before, during and after the rental.
If we are back in PCB would definitely rent again.

This is hands-down, the best property we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and there was plenty of kitchenware to accommodate this. My only recommendation for future guest would be to bring a nonstick skillet. I had a few questions for the owner, Joe, prior to my visit and one during my visit, and he was very quick to reply. This is a property that we will return to.

This was one of our best vacations ever! The owners are friendly and attentive. The condo is just as described, very clean and updated with lots of space to spread out and relax. The floor to ceiling windows and huge balcony give the best views in PCB. The 3 pools are well maintained and the huge parking lot with 24 hour security allow you to get in out out quickly. Do yourself a favor and book your stay now! You will be glad you did!

One of the best vacations we have had in some time! The Condo was super clean and spacious. We have been coming to PCB for the last 6 years and Long Beach Resort has the best pools and location by far. The resultant at the pool was extremely convenient and fairly priced ( we ate dinner there one night). Security does a fantastic job of keeping non-residents out from the street access and the beach. They make rounds 24/7 on the premises ensure the property and vehicles are safe, which can be difficult to find in many other resorts. We walked to Pineapple Willie’s nearly every day. The proximity to Pineapple Willie’s is close enough to walk, but far enough where you will not get the crowd spill over from the popular restaurant. The Beach shops across the street are also second to none.
Condo owners were extremely responsive if we had any questions at all! Don’t think twice about booking this unit, we will be back and will stay in this unit or the 2 room unit this property owner has.

This condo was plenty big enough for our family of six. Somehow it was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures which is usually not the case. The main pool area was awesome and so was the beach. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a nice surprise as well! Theres plenty of shopping and restaurants close by as well. This place was as close to perfect as we could ask for! The only issues we had were some elevator issues (which are tue buildings issues, not the condo), and we had a leak from one of our showers into the downstairs unit that prevented us from using it for a couple days. Other than that, this one was spot on.

Our family of 6, four adults, a three-year-old and a ten-month-old, stayed in this condo (Long Beach Resort #701) March 11 – 18, 2023. This condo worked very well for us, with three large bedrooms we had enough room for all the adults and the kids. The condo has unobstructed oceanfront views, very nice balcony chairs & tables made being on the balcony very comfortable. The condo was clean and very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. Kitchen is well stocked, so it has most of what you need for meals and has a good quantity of towels/linens. There was always ample parking just steps from the front door of the building. Elevators are fast, never had to wait more than a few seconds. Beach is a few steps from the unit and has soft white sand and clear water. If you enjoy walking the beach, as I do, there are literally miles of beach to walk. Pools are great, it was a little cool during our stay, so we appreciated the smaller heated pool.
Joe & Kathleen are easy to work with, very responsive to my questions and emails from the initial booking process through our stay. We stayed in March during the college spring break season, most of the college activity was in front of Pineapple Willy’s. The beach in front of the Long Beach Resort was the least crowded and mostly families. During a couple of nights, we did hear some loud noise in the middle of the night, but it didn’t last long and was not too disruptive for us.

This was our second time staying at this condo and we will definitely come back. I love how big it is and it also has two master suites which I feel is hard to find. If you don’t feel like getting out, you can grab lunch at The Hangout that’s located at the main pool area. You’re also in walking distance of stores!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The views can not be topped. Everything was so nice and clean! You can walk to Walmart, surf style, Waffle House, coyote ugly, and much more! I felt very safe being on a gated property! Luggage carts are provided for ease of transporting your things to and from the room. Elevator is super fast! Two beach chairs and a umbrella being provided everyday was also a plus! Most days our neighbors would leave their chairs and tell us to use them so we had even more. The beach is private and was not crowded at all. I don’t think I could stay at a public beach again after staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and we loved that all the bedrooms had a view of the ocean. The location of the condo was perfect. Loved the idea it was in a gated community because we didn’t have to worry about our vehicles. The time of year was perfect for us, it was not crowded at all. Never once was the elevator full. The pool was a huge hit with us, we loved the way it was set up. We enjoyed the bar and music, the bar tender by far was the nicest person! My most favorite was the long windows in the rooms, nothing blocking the view to the ocean. You could lay on the bed and look directly at the ocean and relax. The owners are amazing and answered any questions in a timely matter. I will definitely be going back to this condo for sure. My entire family said this was the BEST vacation they’ve had in PCB.

My husband and I and our daughter, her husband and 2 grandsons age 2 1/2 and 1, and our other daughter and her fiance stayed in this well laid out condo the week of July 23rd to July 30th. This condo is decorated beautifully! The lay out of the rooms and beds was perfect for our family. The views of the ocean and beach are beautiful from every room! Joe and Kathleen are Amazing people to work with and were very helpful every step of the way! We give this condo and it's owners 5 stars! Excellent in every way! The private beach was less crowded and more family friendly than others we have been to. The condo is conveniently located close to many great restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Long Beach! This unit was beautifully decorated and all rooms had ocean views with balconies! You don’t find that often. Beach access was very easy.
