It's was a very nice townhouse in a gated community with 11 pools and a mini golf course. It was very convenient to restaurants. Definitely would stay at this townhouse again phillip was great at communicating and responding back to messages quickly.

Was my 2nd year staying at Philip's townhouse and it was another great stay. Philip is a great host and will be looking forward to staying with him again next year for our annual fishing trip.Thank you Philip!!

The place was clean and was a lot bigger than I thought. You will have access to back porch and front porch also a gas grill is outback very affordable and a wonderful stay
