Nestled in Jacksonville Beach, this attractive house for $504 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beach house with private pool close to Mayo. Putting green installed October 2022! Updated two-story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house with private fenced in backyard pool and lounge. This property centrally located in Jacksonville Beach only 9 blocks to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. It also offers plenty of parking and a space for an RV or boat. Smart TVs with Roku in every room including the outdoor patio. Garage has been converted into a perfect space for kids with 2 single beds. Kitchen completely stocked with all the cooking and entertaining necessities. Backyard has a built-in gas fire pit and water lounge ledge, outdoor dining and living area. Large gas grill also provided. Hi speed internet and cable TV provided. Little less than half mile to the beach and a few blocks from the best park at the beaches which includes a brand new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and huge playground. We also have additional homes just blocks away. They have very similar pools and backyard spaces. Please contact us for more details if interested in renting the properties. This was a beautiful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The back yard was great and the pool was heated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was close to the Mayo Clinic. We would definitely recommend it.

We were in Jacksonville Beach for a wedding, two families stayed at this property. It was everything we needed - enough room for both families, the backyard was perfection. The pool is heated, there is so much to do just at the house. This was the best stocked rental I've ever stayed, they have everything you need. It's a quick drive to the beach, or a long walk if you are in the mood. If we are in Jacksonville Beach again, we would absolutely stay here again.

We just completed a stay at this rental and we had a blast. The house is clean and neat and allowed us to enjoy ourselves in a comfortable home. The golf courses were 5 & 20 minutes away and we were 30 minutes to the football stadium. The pool was clean and heated the fire pit was great to hang around in the evening. If your looking for a house in the Jax Beach area give this one a try you won’t be disappointed.

Love what the deck and back yard offered for the family enjoyment, but the house lacks one thing - safety! Front entrance needs a hand rail as well as entrance to garage bedroom. Showers need grab bars. The deck edge needs a white or yellow strip. These safety measures protect you and your guests.

We were very pleased with this property. It was exactly like it was listed. The pool area and porch were wonderful. There were many items such as beach chairs, wagon, pool items and toys in the shed which added to the entertainment. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with quite a few pantry items as well as provided coffee pods and creamer. The location was in a great area with everything you need nearby. We not only had a great time on this visit but we would definitely consider renting this house again if we come back to the area. The host was very responsive each time we had questions. You will not be disappointed!

The house is exactly as listed- the hosts have thought of everything you need for relaxing, cooking, pool play and games and beach equipment. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect for kids. You never have to leave the house but if you do the beach is 5 minutes away and there is also an incredible park nearby too. It has tennis courts, pickle ball courts and the most impressive playground I’ve ever seen. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Solid house for two families coming together for Spring Break. Close to the beach and stores/restaurants. The house itself is very nice and functional. The outdoor space to include patio, pool, putting green, and fire pit make this a place we would want to come back to visit.

My friend and out children enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated home. It has a gorgeous backyard area that included a pool, firepit and shaded porch. Everything was so clean and instructions for the Wi-Fi and fire pit, as well as care of the pool, and trash services were organized. We also loved that linens, beach towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper were included. I would definitely stay at one of this companies properties again.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, while the backyard was an oasis with the covered deck and TV, heated pool, pool toys, fire pit, corn hole game, etc. The neighborhood was very nice and it was a quick drive to the market, beach, etc. We enjoyed spending time with family for Thanksgiving, especially after missing each other in 2020. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Jacksonville.
