This fully updated villa is in a prime location just steps from Hilton Head's iconic lighthouse, marina, shops, and restaurants. There are only 9 villas in this building, This unit is on the top floor on the end closest to the marina. If you are familiar with Harbour Town, Mariner's Way is located between the live oak trees on the sandy playground and the Crazy Crab. This warm and welcoming 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has beachy décor with updated furniture and white walls throughout. Den has a large flat screen tv, a sofa, loveseat. and a comfortable chair for plenty of seating. There is also a large desk with 2 stools. The dining area opens to a fully equipped kitchen with all new quartz countertops and cabinets. Dining table seats four and island has three counter stools. Both bedrooms have TVs and new mattresses with a king in the master and two twins in the guest room. The twin beds are XL and 5" longer than a standard twin making comfortable sleeping for adults. We have a twin air mattress available to allow a maximum of 5 guests You will be provided with a personal access code "key" for your stay. We have a few parking spots next to the building reserved for Mariner's Way owners and guests. There is also parking available in the smaller lot as well as the larger Harbour Town lot. There are two luggage carts under the stairs for you to use. Harbour Town is a popular destination and can be very busy especially during the summer. Enjoy the seasonal free trolley service that stops beside our building. The Beach Club and beach access is a five minute car ride or ten minute bike ride. Please note there are new parking restrictions for the Beach Club. Parking is remote due to overcrowding. Access to the Harbour Town pool is included during your stay Please note - The only additional fee outside booking is the Sea Pines gate pass which is currently $20. The rental gate pass is good for up to a week. This is not a daily fee. When you're ready to explore, Sea Pines offers something for everyone. Take a scenic stroll for shopping, outdoor entertainment, boating, and water activities. Enjoy beautiful beaches, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. After a fun-filled day of sightseeing, return home to sip a cocktail and have front row seat to all that's happening in Harbour Town from your private balcony.

Overall the stay was fantastic and highly recommended. It was wonderful to take morning runs and walks around the lighthouse and harbor town. A Christmas Eve concert by the tree below was easily enjoyed with open windows during dinner.
Only issue is given that the location is in the middle of all the attractions and restaurants, parking tends to be an issue. I wish that Mariners Way could perhaps put out more reserved signage (even if they don’t police it).
Just a side note, location was wonderful!

We had a blast in Harbor Town. We had plenty of storage space and quickly kid-proofed by moving some of the breakables out of reach of our 2 year old. We do not travel light and there was tons of room to tuck our luggage, bags, diaper supply, snacks. Loved the brita water filter- I liked it so much I bought one for when we went to another property on the island! Thank you for allowing us to extend our check out time and all the great communication before, during, and after our stay.

We have stayed at many locations in Harbour Town, however this property had the most spectacular host and best accommodations. The home was exceptionally clean, expertly decorated, thoughtfully supplied/stocked and incredibly comfortable. Everything you could possibly need, the home provided it. We were so impressed with the quality of everything- it felt like we were at a family member’s home. We would love to stay here again, it was a spectacular experience and location. Effortless walk to the playground and the lighthouse.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The minimalist decor made for easy unpacking and setting in. It was welcoming and be achy with everything you could need. No shortage of towels or cleaning supplies. Loved the quiet condo. But if you wanted to find sounds of music or fun on the playground, you were only steps away. Nothing short of the perfect place for a HHI vacation.

We came down by boat from CHS. The unit was steps from the marina. Very clean and as described. We will certainly be coming back next year.

Our stay was an excellent, 10 out of 10 experience based on myriad reasons. The first is that the host was awesome; she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be, that our specific needs were met and that she was available as we needed before and during our stay. Second, the location is unbeatable, hands down. Third, the property itself was perfectly appointed for guests. The apartment had everything needed for guests to not have to worry about forgetting something (like a hair dryer, for example). From the beds to the luggage carts, everything needed to make guests’ stay as comfortable as can be was provided.
We had a wonderful stay and appreciate the host’s thoughtfulness and work to make our stay as lovely as it was.

We loved this condo! It is located in the heart of Harbour Town on the top floor of Mariner Way. It has a (somewhat smallish) balcony that overlooks the Harbourside Restaurant. In the afternoons they had live entertainment and you could sit out on the balcony and enjoy it. The host was very responsive to my questions and even stopped by to drop off an extra parking pass when I forgot mine at home. Thanks Kimarie! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was updated, everything on the inside was nice. The only negative I have is that we had to park in the public lots which got busy at times so we weren't always able to park real close to the condo entrance. But, we never had to park too far away either. Small price to pay for staying in such a fabulous place!

What a great place and location in Harbour Town. Just around the corner from the famous Lighthouse, the Quarterdeck restaurant and it's stunning views, great food, and drinks. We will be back again!

Overall the stay was wonderful. The owner is so quick to answer any and all questions. The villa is as described minus the cleaning (which if I understand correctly the owner is paying someone to do and has no idea how poorly it is being done which brings me to the cleaning which was not what it should/could have been. The shower was thick with mold and needed immediate attention. The majority of the grout was growing mold and parts of it were pure black.
The floors left our house slippers very dirty on the bottom indicating that mopping is either not being done or not being done correctly.
The extra cleaning fee that is charged by VRBO should ensure a clean property and the shower was disgusting!

Heart of Harbor town!
Beautiful property! Everything we needed from fans and sound machines for the kids to sleep with to beach chairs and beach toys! Super helpful owner. Very clean. Very comfortable! Literally next door to crazy crab and the lighthouse! Worked great for us!

This location was everything and more! We knew we wanted to be within walking distance of everything, so we did not have to pack our car up every time we wanted a quick bite to eat or stroll some shops or simply grab a coffee or a little time on the playground! The list could go on and on about all that is right out the gate from this hidden little gem of a condo! This location is ideal for those looking for all of that and more! We were blown away by the convenience. Our girls loved sitting on the balcony and listening to all the hustle and bustle in Harbour Town. The pool was a short walk and a beautiful one; we spent a lot of time there. The beach was just a short trolley ride to the beautiful Sea Pines Club. We were so close to everything, and we loved it! We just could
not possibly fit it all in our short stay.
The condo was perfect for our family; it was immaculate, and they had everything and anything you would need to enjoy your stay! Our girls loved the twin bedroom and separate bath. The kitchen and living area were perfect. It was super cozy! The owners were great, and their welcome letter was chock-full of great information to get us acclimated with our surroundings! We will be back, and we highly recommend this lovely condo to everyone!

Everything you need and great location.
This condo was perfect for me and my two girlfriends. The location in Harbour-town gives easy access to restaurants, stores, pool and golf. The owner is extremely accommodating and accessible. I have visited HH frequently in past but this was a first for my friends. They loved it so much they are making plans to return with their families.

Perfect location if attending an event at The Yacht Club. You are within steps of the venue. The unit is very spacious and clean. We had everything we could possibly need. Nicely decorated, plenty of closet and drawer space if staying more than a long weekend. Would definitely stay here again if visiting HHI.
