Welcome to our charming private home just minutes away from the heart of downtown Deland!Our spacious and comfortable home is perfect for families or couples looking to explore the best that this historic city has to offer. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and more! Our house features three bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed and its own unique style. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. One of the best features of our house is its large backyard. It's the perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or hosting a barbecue with friends and family. There's even a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making memories. Our house is located only a few minutes from some of Deland's best attractions, including Stetson University, Blue Spring State Park, and the city's historic downtown area. You'll find plenty of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just a few minutes' drive away. We’re also just 25 minutes from Daytona Beach and 50 minutes from Orlando! We take pride in providing our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This rental was perfect for our ladies' getaway. Very roomy, clean, had all we needed to enjoy our 2 night stay. Communicating with Dennis was easy. He is very responsive. You need a car to get to downtown, but that was no problem for us. And we were able to park in the garage of the rental! An added plus, in my opinion.

This place was perfect for our small group. Master bedroom was great, backyard was spacious, and overall accommodation were perfect. Group loved it so much, we'll be looking to book it again next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house had everything we wanted from kitchen tools to a really comfortable couch. There were four of us and this place would sleep more, but we found it to be super comfortable. DeLand has a nice downtown area that is within walking distance. Any other store you might need is within about 2-4 miles. One afternoon we drove to Daytona beach which was only 30 minutes away -- walked the beach and had dinner outside looking at the water. Only 1 hour from the Orlando airport meant easy travel. Wish we could have this house at all our destinations -- it was perfect for our family of four. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property for an easy and comfortable stay in DeLand.

Great property with all the amenities we needed. We went for Stetson baseball opening weekend and this house was very comfortable for our family and close to Melching Field. We will be back and hope to stay here again.

Great experience
Outside property could have a bit more curb appeal. Upon arrival driveway and backyard not raked. Lots of leaves and debris in yard and roof. All of that was tracked into the home w/ normal in and out usage of home. We loved our visit at this rental, especially the fire pit
