Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this charming condo for $329 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Halfway To Heaven is waiting for you! Hi! I am the owner, Kae (Burke) Mayer. I personally manage our unit and look forward to having you as my guest! My goal is to help make your stay memorable and relaxing. I work hard to ensure you have a 5 star experience from the day you book your reservation, to the day you return home. From my reviews I’d say I’m meeting my goal. 🤗 Heaven is a little closer in this unit located on the 17th floor of The Caribbean Resort on Navarre Beach, FL. Previous guests have found the unit to be spacious, with over1800 square feet, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The view of the Gulf of Mexico through the floor to ceiling windows is incredible! A private beach front balcony with glass railings (there are no spindles to obstruct your view) is an inviting outdoor space with sturdy, maintenance free patio furniture that allows you to take in all that is happening. Enjoy this space with your coffee/breakfast as the sun rises, while you watch dolphins playing in the surf, see birds flying by at eye level, and end it with Navarre's incredible sunsets. The main living area offers the opportunity to relax on the two deep blue sofas while watching the 65” TV, play one of the many games, put together a puzzle, or surf the net with the free Wi-Fi. The dining area has seating for 8. You can share a meal, do a puzzle, or plan your day’s activities. After the sun sets on your day at the beach, you will find beds for 8 to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom is a place you may never want to leave. While lying on the cozy king size bed you will fall asleep and wake up to stunning views of the Gulf without even lifting your head! With the floor to ceiling windows you will truly feel like you're Halfway To Heaven. You have private access to the Gulf front balcony, a large walk-in closet, 50” TV, en-suite bathroom to include his/her sinks, and a jetted bathtub with shower. The 2nd whale themed bedroom includes 2 queen beds, a 50” TV, dresser, and walk-in closet with lots of storage. The guest bathroom is decorated with a soothing beachy feel. Wait, there’s MORE! The 3rd bedroom is a “mini suite” with a private entry. You will find a queen bed, 43” TV, en-suite bathroom, and kitchenette. Views of the Santa Rosa Sound make this a desirable room to escape to. There are restaurants located within walking distance, but should you choose to stay in, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to cook a delicious meal. The Caribbean Resort is an 18-story building with only 3 units per floor. A large beachfront pool and two hot tubs provide more relaxation during your stay. Surrounding the pool you will find both open seating areas in the sun as well as a covered seating area that provides shade. This makes it enjoyable to be comfortable in whichever area suits you best. Should you choose to grill, there are outdoor charcoal grills in the grilling area on the east side of the building. Come stay and experience Halfway To Heaven! (You won’t be disappointed!) A few ideas of things to do: -Navarre Beach Pier: a short walk on the beach to the east you will find the longest fishing pier on the Gulf. For $1 you can walk out and along the way spot sea turtles, dolphins, mana rays, and a variety of fish. This is also a fantastic location to watch the sunrise or sunset. -The Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center is just down the road and is home to our favorite resident sea turtle, Sweet Pea. I love to go visit every time I'm in Navarre. -There are places right on the island to rent bikes, scooters, kayaks, SUP, jet-skis, and more! -Gulf Breeze Zoo: I would've never guessed driving by that this would be such a great zoo and it's bigger than it looks from the road! -You will find more information in a binder in the condo.

Our hostess Ms. Kae was great! She answered any questions we had very quickly. She was very helpfull. Her condo was beautiful and very comfortable, cozy and clean. It has very easy access to the the beach and close to shopping, activities and resturants. We found a lot of sea shell if you like to collect them. Highly recomend this location and condo! We would stay again! We had a great vacation!

This was a great vacay - we love navarre beach and have tried a few different spots and would definitely stay with Kae again. She had everything we needed in the kitchen plus tons of games and puzzles for the kids. Condo is super clean and updated and she was very helpful when we had a few questions and she even sent us a few local recommendations! Highly recommend! Very comfortable layout of condo! Large unit!

Everything was GREAT!!! The condo had everything we needed and we loved the location!! Beautiful water at Navarre and in driving distance of Destin and Pensacola Beach. We did drive over to eat three nights at Pensacola and it only took a few minutes. I highly recommend Caribbean Resorts and condo 1702 will not disappoint!!

We had a great trip. The condo was wonderful. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to hear the ocean that high up but we could and had perfect views. Decor was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Owners were wonderful to work with and great at communication. Would highly recommend.

Hands down the best week ever! Kae was so easy to work with us and checked in a couple of times during the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. Condo was gorgeous and exceeded all of our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo and Navarre Beach.

Five Stars! The Condo itself was beautiful with an amazing view! Everything was immaculate and nicely furnished with all the conveniences of home! Easy booking and check in process!
We watched dolphin, stingray and even sharks from the balcony, then went down a short walk to the pool and the beach. We lived the dream while we were there!
Our host, Ms. Kae was wonderful! She has thought of everything and helped me have the best getaway possible! I can’t say enough nice things about Halfway To Heaven!

Renting this property is our 2nd time. Condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed. All that is needed is your food and drinks and clothes. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the water is Heavenly! Enjoyed not having the crowd other areas have. Great places to enjoy a meal out.
Our only real complaint is the toilets are very low! Grab bar in the showers would be helpful.

We loved our stay—the condo is large and roomy with 3 bedrooms and baths. Beds are very comfortable. Beach is beautiful and location is great—near restaurants and grocery stores, but quiet with the turtle preserve nearby. Kae is very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again!

We were blown away with how everything was, it was breathtaking! Everything was just how the pictures described and more. Anything we needed or had questions about Mrs Kae was quick to respond. She kept us informed if anything going on in the area. We will defiantly be staying there again when we come back to Florida.

This condo is everything it says, it was clean, very well maintained and Kae was great!!! We loved it and honestly didn’t even leave the condo a lot, only when we had too. The kitchen is very well equipped. All of the bathrooms had a good amount of towels and wash cloths and hair dryers. Was ready to book for next year and was heartbroken when we found out the price increased two times since we booked last year. We completely understand but still makes us sad. Thank you for a GREAT week!!!!

This property is awesome! I had a lot of questions before staying since we hadn’t ever stayed in this building before. I was worried about being on the 17th floor. Well that was no issue at all. We never waited more then 2 minutes for the elevator. We have two little kids so I knew we’d use the pools a lot and they were perfect. Never to crowded and they loved moving from the big pool to the hot tubs. The location in Navarre was also perfect. So close to the pier and super easy access to restaurants. I could go on and on but lastly I have to mention the owner. She couldn’t have been better with communication. It’s exactly what you hope for when staying in a new area for the first time.

Amazing stay at Halfway to Heaven
We had a wonderful getaway… from the moment we got to Navarre and this beautiful condo, everything was perfect. Our hosts made sure to check on us when we first arrived. The condo is spacious and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Five Star Getaway
This was our first visit to Navarre Beach and will not be our last. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious this unit was. One bedroom is literally its own apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the views from the balcony and master bedroom (floor to ceiling window view) of the Gulf. We enjoyed everything this unit offered from the loaded kitchen to the nice sized TV's to the cleanliness and large bathrooms for each room. Another advantage was the short walk to the pier and multiple restaurants. The best part for me was the peace of mind the owners made sure we had no hiccups on our vacation. They were extremely responsive and made sure we were taken care of. I can say the description matches everything we experienced and definitely recommend Halfway to Heaven to anyone looking for a great experience at a great beach.

Perfect
This was our first visit to Navarre and won't be our last! We loved this condo - it was clean and beautifully decorated. Having the Bayside Suite really made it feel spacious for our family of six. The kitchens have EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Kae was great - she checked in with us on our trip and was available for any problems that came up - which none did! We rarely had to wait long for elevators and the entire complex never felt crowded, even at the pools. The best thing was the short walk to the beach. We have been to many beaches and this was the absolute shortest walk ever. It was even easy enough for my parents who both have knee problems. Our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the waves. It rained on most of our days but we were still able to get beach time in and were able to enjoy more family time in the condo. We visited Fort Pickens which is a must for any history lover and had many delicious meals at the restaurants in and around Navarre. We don't like the commercialized beach cities with crowds so Navarre was perfect for us. It has small town charm. It was perfect!

Our family of 8 stayed comfortably in Ms Kae’s beautiful condo! Out of all the condos I have rented over the last 20+ years Ms Kae had the best communication and just a joy to deal with of any! Her condo has absolutely everything that you may need! And actually has enough seating, at the table and living room, for all 8 of us! The view from the 17th floor is absolutely breathtaking! I would highly recommend renting from her as I know we will be in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was the best condo we ever stayed in! Super sparkling clean. That view on the balcony and from the master bedroom was to die for! Kae had great communication. We were surprised with how spacious it was. We had another family down with us and we never felt crowded. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We hope to come back next year.
