We loved the huge dining room table and the on-suite bathroom ms for each of the 6 bedrooms!! Our grandchildren loved the arcade games, the shuffleboard game and all of the board games. The close proximity to the pool entrance was very convenient. We had plenty of room to gather and play games.

Very pleased with the house, the response of the office for every little question I had. Check in and check out process very easy. Overall house was very nice and comfortable.

This home was just perfect for our family get-away (8 adults and 7 kids). Here are some of our favorite points:
* Very kid-friendly! We had 7 children, ages 1-8 years old, and this place provided everything they needed: games, toys, pack-n-play, high chair, and the bunkroom was a hit for them AND their parents, too.
* Proximity to Kids Cove water park. Literally, a quick walk across the street, and we were at the water playground. This made it simple to accommodate naps, meals, needing a break from the heat, etc. The Kids Cove provided fun for all ages, including adults. Lazy river, slides, shallow area, shade pavilions, lots of chairs and pool towels.
* Massive and well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare and eat meals for a crowd. It was great to have a second fridge.
* Lots of individual space with storage (closets, drawers, etc). We had 3 married kids and their spouses, so four couples, and each had their own private bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and tv. My husband and I really loved having our master suite on the main floor with all other bedrooms upstairs.
* Two family rooms, one up and one down. For us, this meant kids playing upstairs while adults are playing downstairs. Hahaha!
* Clear instructions. From start to finish, we received very helpful, informative emails and texts. We also appreciated the instructions posted throughout the house.
We have stayed in other places, in St. George and elsewhere, but this one was far-and-above the best!

I will start off with the positives: Nice and large house. The staff was very responsive to every text or call.. the house had all the space our party needed. The beds and ac were nice. The location is perfect for the large pool. The kids loved the video games.
The negatives: the internet was very very bad. The streaming Roku wouldn't load half the time, devices wouldn't connect, and the internet even went out for a bit. There was evidence of water problems on the ceiling on the living room. The ice maker didn't work in the refrigerator, and when we arrived the house wasn't very clean and the curtain was coming off the wall. The house seemed like it needed a refresh on a few things.

Great location across from the water park. Plenty of fun things for the kids to do, like shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, arcade games, and hot tub. Plenty of space for our big group of 20. We did have a few issues. When we arrived there were no kitchen trash bags, there is a huge hole in the ceiling near the garage, the Wifi went out, and the biggest inconvenience was the microwave didn't work. It was not fixed or replaced during our stay which was a huge bummer. Overall, we had a great stay though.

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children under 5 had a truly amazing time at this 6bdrm 8
Bath home. The space is very well laid out. The kid used the bunk room and the adults all had master suites The kitchen is big and has all you need except for a regular coffee pot (Kuerig only) and the pots and pans can use updating. The location was perfect for our family who went back and forth to the water park most of the afternoons. The hot tub is immaculate at the home and we enjoyed the gas fire pit. I would recommend weekdays if you have that time as we had the water park to ourselves. The management company makes entry and departure a breeze and they answer questions immediately. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Oh, there is an extra refrigerator in the laundry which was so useful with so many of us. Also, they provide a wagon on the garage which was handy for going to the pool.

Overall everything was really excellent. The house was perfect in layout and took good care of us. There were several small issues, more than I've ever had at a stay, that needed to be addressed such as we ran out of kitchen trash bags, one of the main pendant lights in the kitchen didn't work, there was a huge hole in the ceiling near the garage, there were garbage cans missing, there weren't batteries in the kitchen trash can lid, etc. Overall the management handled everything well but as someone who regularly does events like this it was much more of those kinds of problems than usual.
I would stay at this location again, though.

We had a great time, we hosted a 80th Birthday party with 45 people and the house was perfect. Plenty of room and games to play. The large Barbecue was nice to feed every one and the fire pit kept us warm in the evening.

Well thought out, handled a group of 20 comfortably. Convenient to the pools and lazy river, adequate dining and fridges for such a large group. Plenty of games and activities to keep everyone busy. Lots of TVs, streaming was slow depending upon usage.

Our family enjoyed the large house with lots of fun space and especially the swimming areas. We loved the long and late hours the pools were open. We had a group of 25, and we felt there was plenty of room. Check-in and check-out were effortless. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! the beds were extremely comfortable and we loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed all the conveniences, especially being directly across from the water park. Highly recommend!

Excellent
Great place to stay, kids had a great time staying directly across from the water park. we were able to sit on the upstairs patio and see the kids have a great time there. The park and Pickle Ball Courts were a lot of fun. As for the house it was awesome wish I could live there full time, the kitchen was fully stocked and the arcade games, ping pong and shuffle table were big hits. We will definitely will stay in unit 103 again.

And this home is conveniently located to my elderly father's home. He comes to share a few meals with us during our stay but he doesn't have to put up with our noise and energy full time. In general pretty good! The house is spacious and in a good location. The water park is pretty cool! The decor is really nice and the size worked great for our party (18)The reservation process went smooth and the forts time we connected to get things fixed was good. The follow up though, that was a different story. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the bikini beds were loose, the vents in the baths rooms extremely dirty, the Keurig machine didn’t work, there’s not enough silverware, the patio arm chairs broken, the cwilomg fan in one of the rooms wasn’t working (we fixed it), the binds in the game room was undone (we fixed it) and the HDMI cable was missing and the toiletries were small. We had do make several runs to get stuff that was missing in the house. Biggest bummer was the jacuzzi because you pay a fee for it and couldn’t use it.

Great for families
It was wonderful although would have been nice to have table ware for each person. We had to take turns using forks. I would have brought my own had we known there weren’t enough for even 1 meal for each of us. We rented a home for 24 and there were maybe 15 forks.

We stayed at this property with 12 adults and 18 kids ages 4 months-13 years, and it was perfect for us! The kitchen was well-stocked for our needs, and the location with Harmon's and Cafe Rio nearby was great. We also loved being so close to the kid's pool. The only issue we had was that we were missing some bedding for the pull-out couch bed and some of the trundle beds in the bunk room. We never heard back from management about that. Thankfully we brought some of our own, and it all worked out. 10/10 Would recommend this as a great place to stay!!
