About this house rental
You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake. Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. I am a long time visitor of Helen for Oktoberfest kickoff week and have stayed in various locations. This one stood out to me because of the closeness to the festhalle and all of town, the quiet rooms and privacy, and the cleanliness of the property. The back door is in need of some TLC but it didn't hinder the stay in any way. We loved our stay and are highly likely to return to the Alpine Suites! Even try a new theme next time :)

Property was very clean and the location on the river and the proximity to downtown were nice we walked most of the time everywhere we went. The bed was better than the average rental property. The shower didn't have a liner so water would splash out so we put a lot of towels down but that's my only complaint! Also no hairdryer just for info of any renter. I loved the stayed and the place was great and a great deal I would definitely stay again

Property was accurately describe & super clean. Love all the old Hollywood decor. Bed was comfy (just REALLY high for a short lady 😂 ) and we loved the covered outdoor space especially when it rained. It was wonderful having the river in the backyard. The floor plan was ideal. Quite area. No pets was perfect for someone with allergies. Highly recommend this relaxing “Hollywood “ experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the best weekend celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary! The condo was beautiful and well maintained. It has a great patio with comfy chairs to sit and listen to the river. Although our view was mostly the two cars parked in the back, grills, and tables, we were able to go and get a closer view, and take beautiful pictures of the river.
The AC is about 10 degrees off, so setting it at 60 seemed weird, but other wise you burn up. The movie/hollywood theme was Great! Having a Dollar General near by saved us too!

My spouse and I traveled to Helen for a weekend getaway, and we couldn't have been happier! Check-in was a breeze with the keyless entry system, and the apartment was perfect: roomy, very clean, and ideally located. One of my favorite activities was to sit out on the deck in the morning with my coffee and watch the river (and, at times, the tubers) go by. The property is located close to everything. We parked our truck when we arrived and didn't move it for three days. The only hiccup that we experienced was that housekeeping forgot to leave toilet paper, but management resolved the issue very quickly. We plan to return in the future for a longer stay, and we definitely hope to rent this property again. Thanks to all who made our stay a memorable one!

Great place, great location, really clean, loved the back porch and view of the river. We had an issue with different things. The bed was really high and my wife had a hard time getting in bed, we’re an older couple. The couch didn’t set very well, it’s a sleeper sofa with no mattress in it. Some of the silverware was missing. The blinds didn’t fit in the windows very well, had openings on the the side. There was a bench right outside the bathroom window, other guest would be sitting on the bench making odd using the bathroom.

The property will not advise you if it's cleaned earlier than 4pm and you can go ahead and check in. This is the first place that's ever been like that. They want $75 for early check in but I was just saying if it got cleaned before 4, then let us know so we could unload the car. Not a big deal. The room itself is very bland. Only one picture throughout the entire place. Only 1 couch in living room. No issues at all with the wifi. There were bug traps inside all the doors of the closets and cabinets. This is the only place I have ever stayed that's supposed to be a "suite" that doesn't come with a hairdryer. So bring your own or be prepared to buy one like I had to do. Even the cheapest hotels have a hairdryer so this blew my mind! You have to pay extra close attention to the door when you are leaving to make sure it locks. There were times it wouldn't lock and we would have to keep messing with it until it locked. Good location, nice scenery out back. It just wasn't what we thought it should be for what we paid.

We had a wonderful visit in Helen, and absolutely loved the location of this property! The kitchen is fairly bare, so be sure to come prepared, but we had the cooking tools and dishes needed to enjoy the kitchen! The outdoor balcony is so cute; we loved watching the river from the balcony! The soaker tub is a huge spotlight for this property as well! Loved not having to keep up with any extra keys. Thank you for a great stay!

I loved the intore property and being close to the river sitting out back and listening to the water flow .. the fire place was a huge plus for me .. it was such a nice place and I will definitely be back to stay at this place

Stole a couple days to lay in a hammock by the river. Beautiful place. Clean. As advertised. Easy entrance. Felt very safe even though I was alone. Could walk to everywhere! Great place for a couple. Will be back!

Great stay. Problems with fireplace starting up but it was resolved quickly. Need instructions on the switch for operation of fireplace. You have to turn it up all the way to get it to start. Location can’t be beat. Walking distance to everything. Trout fishing in public park 100 yds away was awesome.

Great location. Never moved our car. Could definitely been cleaner and didn’t enjoy the giant cockroach walking across the bed Bed was comfy but very high and hard to get in. Nice little patio with view of the river.

Check in was a breeze. All I needed was my codes and room number. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cook wear. It was quite inside and out. And the location was close to a few good places to eat and a beautiful shopping district.
