Situated in Helen, this lovely house for $158 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake. Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. It’s always a pleasure to stay in Helen. I adore this little town & we like to come here often. We enjoyed this condo. It was clean. Great for a small family or couple. The condo is open so not much privacy. The fireplace is nice & we enjoyed sitting in front of it. I loved the balcony & being so close on the river. My kids enjoyed the water & skipping rocks. It’s literally near everything so it’s convenient. The only problem I had was with the beds, they were extremely uncomfortable for myself and my kids. We slept terrible. Also, i paid $25 an hour for late check out and they didn’t communicate that with their housekeeping staff and the housekeeper came in the room while i was naked from showering and argued with me about not having a late check out. She was very rude, just to find out that I was telling the truth. And I want to add that parking is limited so I recommend only traveling with one car. It’s only about 12 parking spaces available for all of the condos. & I accidentally locked myself out of the condo & had to call maintenance. He was quick and fixed the problem right away. He also was nice. So thankful for that!! But other than that we enjoyed our stay here. If they replaced the beds, we would stay here again!!

The property was perfect for our family of four. Super easy walk to downtown. Close to a family dollar in addition to several restaurants. The creek was a great distraction for the kids. Several falls close by such as Anna Ruby falls or Dukes Creek Falls.

The location was perfect! The unit was clean and felt very homey! The check in was made easy through the email communication. Everything in town was within walking distance. Walking out back to our own private deck was set with a beautiful view of the river and pleasantly private! This will be a place I will highly recommend as we will return for more stays in the future.

The location was perfect- easy walking distance to everything in town. The river in the backyard was great and the kids had a blast playing in it. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Would stay again!

I had my grandson and nephew with me for the weekend in Helen. The property is in a great location to walk to everything; the river is right behind the property; the property has a huge deck in the back-we enjoyed sitting out there and watching the tubers and the fly fishermen. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a huge television. The only drawback was the kitchen was missing a baking pan and a tea pitcher. Otherwise, it was perfect. I would recommend it and hope to stay there again.

The condo is very nice. It has updated everything and very clean. Each condo is decorated with a theme. Ours was "safari" and it was done really well and tastefully. Our back deck was spacious and sits right on the river. Our son enjoyed his days just splashing around in the cool mountain water. As a bonus, there are three very nice gas grills available for use. We will be returning and we definitely recommend.

The wheelchair ramp was to much of an incline I was not able to get my mom up. The bed was to high she had to use a stool to get in bed and the headboard was not attached to wall every time you move it moved. Also the shower had no pressure. We checked in on Sunday and checked out on Monday. 2 days early.

Perfect location right on the river. Clean, with comfy beds which is all we needed. We were only inside to sleep. Hiking or on the deck enjoying the river the rest of the time. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo with a nice deck next to a serene creek. Perfect for morning breakfast or after dinner cocktails the only drawback was that the fireplace was not working it was a reason, we rented this unit. I only wished they would have informed of this before we had rented it. Also, no wine opener and property manager on site said go out and buy one.

Property overall very nice and inside was very nice. The deck on back needs a lot of work. Biggest complaint we have was the work being done on office, which was beside our room, till 1 or 2 in the morning loud noises and loud talking. We go to bed early and get up early, so this really bothered us trying to sleep
