You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake. Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. The room was very clean when we arrived. We liked the fact that there was no traffic walking by our room. The view of the river was an added bonus. We were within walking distance of practically everything in Helen, so we were able to leave the truck parked during the entire stay. We will likely rent again during our next stay in Helen, provided we can get the same room.

My Mother and I had a wonderful stay.in your facility. I did not realize when I booked the facility was not a cabin. My mother is 85 years old. I did not realize the the suite was up two flights of stairs. The suite was clean and decorated so cute and it made us smile. It was also nice to have a full kitchen where we could make some of our meals.We enjoyed being able to see the river just of the deck. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful suite with a nice over look of the water from our private balcony. Quiet, clean, and great location. Very short, easy walk to Main St. A great relaxing place to celebrate Christmas and our Anniversary! Office staff very helpful. Great stay! We will return.

Looked exceptional! Coca-Cola theme was perfect for a Coca-Cola collector. Clean. Loved the river outside the deck. Short walk to town. The town is so Christmasy! Beautiful. Nice people. Easy stay. Hope to be back.

Property is in the middle of Helen. Easy walking to everything so you don’t have to pay to park off the Main Street. Brand new appliances in kitchen. Quaint little apartment that is perfect for 2.

Everything was exactly as posted online. It was hot outside and the a/c worked great. The kitchen had everything I needed and the location couldn’t have been better. The Coke theme was darling and the view off the back deck was just gorgeous. I’ll be back. Thank you for the great stay.

We loved the ease of booking and staying at this property. Its very cute decor and the little extra bath treats were a delight. Very comfortable bed. Great location to walk to town. Over a 3 day stay, the AC went out once, but the prop mgr sent for maintenance and within 5 hours, it was fixed. Located on a very shallow and skinny part of the river, so we had to go elsewhere to cool off in the river. Fireplace and dishwasher didn't work.

Beautiful location with a view of the river. Easy access to many great activities. Very clean. Very roomy. Bed very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of linens. We would happily stay again. Note that the dishwasher was under repair, and the gas grills had run out of propane. Kitchen could use a few more amenities like an oven proof pan, tongs, and sharp knives. A spare blanket would have been nice too.

This was a great place to stay in Helen. The only issue I had was that the peacefulness was interrupted daily by the people tubing on the river.

It was a good anniversary weekend getaway. The location was great. Walking distance to everything. The condo at Alpine River was nice, clean, and the scenery of the tubing river was cool.

This condo was so very roomy with a perfect layout. We could walk to and from town, cool river tubing and restaurants. The condo was so very clean. There was nothing that could have made it any better. We loved spending our anniversary at your beautiful condo.

Great setup and easy to get to. Only thing ill say is that there was a little bug problem. I saw 2 roaches on monday night. Just glad my girlfriend didnt. Other than that great stay.

We loved the condo in Helen. We went in search of waterfalls so it was the perfect location. We were able to walk to restaurants which was also
a plus. The babbling Cattahoochee River in the back was great. We had a heavy rainstorm and then the water was rushing but it receded quickly. The bed is very high off the ground for us short people. I had to step on the edge to get into the bed. It was very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the condo. Loved sitting on the back porch overlooking the river.

Very clean and spacious condo on the river. Great view of the river and walking distance to everything in Helen. Just park your car. Unicoi State Park nearby was very nice and Anna Ruby Falls was beautiful.

Great location. Great location. Coffee on the deck overlooking a stream was a highlight of each day during our stay. We hiked to amazing waterfalls each day......short drive to each trail. We were a 5 minute walk to great restaurants (Big Daddy's and Cowboys and Angels). We hope to be back. The best weekend getaway ever.

Condo was easy to locate on one of the main streets in Helen. Very clean and spacious . Nice decor. Enjoyed view from kitchen window and back balcony. The only complaint was that the bed is too high especially for short(5 ft) people. A step- stool would be nice . We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our first stay in Helen. The property is in a prime location to walk everywhere. We only got back in the car to go to Anna Ruby Falls. The unit was very clean and super comfy. We loved having the porch to sit on and watch the river flow and see a few tubes floating too! we will be back!

The unit was exactly as described, but there are things about it that go beyond pictures in the website. We felt so peaceful sitting on the porch overlooking the river. The bed felt like sleeping in a cloud. There was a comfortable homey feeling each time we walked in the door. You can't take a picture of that, but it's there.

Location is fabulous. Easy walking distance to both north and south areas of Helen, but away from the bulk of traffic and noise.
I would suggest bringing your own blankets or throws as the only one in the room is the bed comforter. All the furniture was comfortable and there were plenty of lamps and lights.

We were only in town for 2 nights but this was a great place and would stay here again. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We parked our car and did not get back in it until we left to go home. Place was very clean and comfortable!

Convenient to downtown. Small issue with the hot water when we arrived, but quickly remedied. Overall good experience.

I would stay here again. Place was just the way it was described. Loved sitting out of backporch listen to the river flow. Everything was there you needed for a wonderful stay. The only thing i would add to it is a little step stool for us short people to get on bed with. LOL. We will be back.

We enjoyed our getaway to Helen. The condo and location are excellent. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because there’s a wasp problem. We had to move into another unit which was inconvenient.
Overall it was great!
