The seventh mountain condo is in a wonderful location close to town and nature/hiking. The property is very well kept with quality furnishings and utensils. We only had one issue which was with noisy heating/ac plumbing. The owner/host was very responsive and gave us some tips for mitigating the noise since it is a result of the older buildings. Other than this our stay was wonderful and we would very much recommend for the location and quality.

This quaint little cottage was well appointed. The hosts were very accommodating and super responsive. We were a little worried because it was so hot during our stay, but they had ample air conditioning in both rooms. We had a memorable visit and would love to stay there again.

The home was very clean, quiet, and close to where we love to ski away from our home. It had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Hans was so responsive when we tried to book the night before for a long weekend, but the site wouldn't let us. So THANK YOU Hans!

Loved this location and all the resort had to offer. The condo was cozy and we loved how dark the bedroom stayed on those bright mornings. The couch /bed was super uncomfortable but the Murphy bed was the most comfortable bed in the condo— great addition!! Loved the trails right out back the condo, they were east to access and a great spot to get exercise!

Loved staying at this property! There are trails right outside the front door and behind the condo that go down to the river. We enjoyed long morning walks amongst the red-winged blackbirds while our dog got in her exercise. Clean and stocked with everything one needs for cooking a great meal. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Seventh Mountain Resort many years ago, before it was run by Worldmark. We had fond memories of enjoying the outdoor heated pool and hot tub while the snow was falling, and appreciated the close proximity to Mt Bachelor. I was grateful to be able to find this VRBO, as we don’t have a timeshare with Worldmark. The unit was clean and comfortable, and communication with the owner was great! We’d definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful time on our “staycation” (as locals) at this condo. It is well furnished and equipped with everything you need (even comfortable pillows!), tastefully decorated, great toys and games for my 7-yo. Note that the microwave doubles as a convection oven, which we didn’t try, but there is not a “regular” oven. And of course, Seventh Mountain has awesome pools and activities. The mini golf course is due for an update…other than that, we had a very relaxing time. Thanks Hans!

This was actually better than what I saw when I booked it. We did not spend much time in the room but it did have everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. I did not have any need to contact the owner only to ask the location before we booked. His response was immediately. By the way the location was great for us! This was not my first time to the inn and this was one of the better rooms I have had. The facilities could have a better little grocery store and the pool area need to update furniture and and shade umbrellas!

The Seventh Mountain Resort was a great place to stay. We have been here in the past and it is a great location in relation to the hustle and bustle of Bend - yet close enough to buzz into town for anything you want to do or need.

This is our second year staying at this resort. We like it better than Sunriver, there are a ton of activities for kids, a paved bike path across the street, short drive into Bend, and the pools are soooo much less crowded than Sunriver’s Sharc so it is a more relaxing experience.

We just had a great stay at Hans' place. He is very quick to respond to messages and accommodating. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay... While we didn't do any real cooking, the kitchen has most everything you'd need. The beds were soft and comfortable. Our kids loved the box of Legos and the games. My only complaint is that my allergies were triggered while in the unit. I know that most of the rentals at Seventh Mtn allow pets. I'm very allergic and could tell that there was pet fur or dander remnants. I'm sure that's not a huge deal for most, but if you are sensitive it's something to consider. But overall it was a great comfortable stay.

Hans' place is a lovely little gem near Bend. Accessible to the town, the surrounding playground that is the Cascade Lakes region, and the Deschutes River Trail right from the backyard. The condo is well-appointed with great items if you plan to cook. We found every tool we needed and more. The coffee situation suits any type of drinker, from k-cups to grounds to make your own k-cup. The kitchen space is nice and open and we enjoyed cooking and hanging out, looking over the forest. In addition the Seventh Mountain property has tons of amenities including heated pools, hot tubs, mini golf, disc golf, and more.

Noise like someone tapping on the ducts with a hammer about 1 am and thru the night woke/startled me so ended up sleeping on the couch to get away from the noise somewhat. My daughter's unit in another building had the same problem so don't know if it's fixable. Unit needs some coffee cups!

We always love the 7th mountain resort. The Deschutes River hiking trail is literally steps from the condo. The scenery is beautiful. The resort staff are extremely helpful. This particular unit (VRBO) had extras that were great: power strips with USB ports, a good, sharp collection of knives in the kitchen, a bench/hooks at the front door for coats/hiking boots. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions or requests. We couldn't be happier. Oh yes, the fries at the little restaurant were outstanding. Perfect stay.

This unit has everything you need for a fun stay in Bend. Close to the Upper Deschutes Trail system, close to Mt Bachelor, close to downtown Bend. Plus the Seventh Mountain amenities (pool, spa, etc). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Cute little place, super quick drive to the mountain. Home equipped with most of the essentials. Couldn’t get some of the lights to work in the main living area at first but it was just a tripped circuit and we found the box and got the switched flipped back on the next day. TV / movie player were both difficult to get working which isn’t that big of a deal but our kids were annoyed. Other than that great spot, very cute, close to everything. Nice weekend stay, thank you!

We stayed for a long ski weekend with my husband and my two daughters. The condo is very nice, just as described on the web site. It was very clean and had everything you may need - enough bath towels and pool towels, stocked kitchen. Hans responds very quickly to all kinds of questions/requests. We enjoyed it tremendously, we'll be back for our next ski trip.

The place has a great lay out for a one-bedroom condo with a fun murphy bed and easy access to the bathroom for all. The kitchen has what is need for home cooking. All was clean, of a good quality, and organized which is settling. There is a nice view off the porch, room for the dogs and crate, and it is close to adventure. Three cheers for our lucky find.
