Privately situated in a well-landscaped forest setting, Timber Sky is central to most island attractions and within minutes of Acadia trails and freshwater swimming. Well-appointed, spacious, and stylish, this home has everything you need and more for your island getaway. FIRST FLOOR: Enter through a front hall that opens into a large, spacious Living Room with plentiful seating and an oversized couch, fireplace, and doors opening to the covered porch and garden beyond. Kitchen with high-end appliances, gas stove, plentiful counter space, and Sub-Zero refrigerator. Dining area with seating for eight and a bar. Den opens up off the Dining room through sliding glass doors, a comfortable leather couch that is sizable enough to double as a bed, and a large flat-screen television. Full bathroom with shower only, which includes a large washer and dryer. Air conditioning on this floor.
SECOND FLOOR: Spacious Master Bedroom with King bed, high ceilings, office area, air conditioning, and walk-in closet. Master bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Two charming, sunny queen Bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a combined tub and shower.
THIRD FLOOR: Playroom that includes two twin beds, please note that this space is not a designated sleeping space as it lacks the second point of egress.
LOWER LEVEL: Ping Pong table
OUTDOOR SPACES: Beautiful gardens, large covered porch with plentiful seating, patio area with chic outdoor dining table and chairs, gas grill.

The house and property were gorgeous. We were extremely comfortable and happy with the surroundings. Unbeatable location. Close to everything that we planned. The only complaint would be the advertising gas grill. The propane tank was not operable and communication about replacing that didn’t go so well. We love to cook and the grill was a definite plus for us when we chose Timber Sky. That was the only disappointment but it was pretty big for us. Great stay. Would do it again

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is family friendly (provided everything we needed for our 22 month old grandson) with plenty of room for a large family. Huge kitchen with everything we needed and more! We loved the proximity to Bay Harbor and Acadia National Park. House is located close to both without being in the middle of all the crowds. Very quiet and peaceful. We even had deer feeding in the yard right outside the kitchen window on our first morning.
