Situated in Orleans, this attractive house for $950 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. *HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB OPEN MAY THROUGH OCTOBER - BOOK NOW AS RENTS OUT QUICKLY* In-Ground Saltwater Heated Pool & Hot Tub with automatic pool cover (built 2021) open May through October! Large home just a short walk via a private path to Nauset Beach. Three large bedrooms include their own bathroom, while the fourth bedroom is a private room in the newly finished (for 2022) lower level adjacent to a new full bathroom. Enjoy two spacious primary bedroom suites, one on each floor, both with king-size beds. The first floor primary bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, new hardwood floors (2024) and renovated bathroom with new walk in shower (2024). The third bedroom, which includes a peek of the ocean, consists of two huge rooms (18 x 14 and 15 x 13) with two sets of twin beds. The fourth bedroom is a private room in the newly finished (2022) lower level adjacent to the new game room with walk-out access to the pool. Enjoy ping pong in the basement or watch the 65" tv! There is a new pull out couch in the basement game room that sleeps 2 (only sleeping room not private) allowing for a total of 12 guests. The main level open floor plan includes both gas and wood burning fireplaces. The updated kitchen offers natural gas for cooking, granite counter tops, a built-in microwave, and an island. Kitchen is well stocked with every cooking tool or utensil you will need - ideal for guests who like to cook. The kitchen leads into a large living room with plenty of space to unwind. Double French doors open from the living room onto a 24 x 15 foot elevated outdoor deck with a brand new gas grill (2022) and large outdoor dining table - great for outdoor meals, entertaining, sunning, and R&R. The deck overlooks a forest of trees and foliage that provide privacy for this .80 acre lot. Through the trees you can catch another peek of the ocean to remind you that Nauset Beach is a stroll away. The home includes central A/C (with two zones), an outdoor shower, 1st floor washer/dryer, central vacuum, and a one car garage. From the spacious and very well appointed home, to the location (a quick 5 minutes away from Nauset Beach), to the incredibly kind and helpful owner Tim, our multi-generational family had an amazing vacation! The heated saltwater pool and hot tub were icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this home and it’s owners to anyone looking for a memorable stay on the Cape!

Our entire family loved our stay at this terrific home. Spacious house, comfortable beds, incredibly clean rooms, and the location can’t be beat. Children and adults all loved the pool and hot tub, and the private walk to Nauset Beach was almost magical. Communication with Tim was top notch. One little issue received immediate attention and was remedied right away. We would be thrilled to have the opportunity to stay here again!

First experience in cape cod and the house and location was fantastic!! We had a family of 7 adults, spent days exploring the area,4-5 min walk to beach, 45 min drive from Provincetown, spent a day whale watching!! Then after long days the evenings were spent in an awesome hot tub/heated pool!! Tim was a great communicator and my only regret I didn’t meet him, bcs we were constantly doing things, Tim is a great host and was responsive to texts. I highly recommend this property to spend a vacation.

We stayed here for a weekend in May and it was perfect! The pool/hot tub was a huge hit and was very clean. The weather was in the 50s/60s but the pool was heated and the hot tub was great so it didn’t matter that it wasn’t “typical” pool weather. One of the days it rained, but there is so much to do at the house (ping pong, foosball, etc.) that we were all entertained! The bedrooms we’re all clean and well kept. There were bathrooms in each room which was great especially with a large group. The beach was a short walk which we loved. So much to do at the house and around Orleans. Highly recommend staying at this house!

This home is absolutely spectacular and perfect for a multigenerational family. A group of seven adults and one infant stayed for a long weekend off season. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, gorgeous deck with a grill, and close proximity to the beach, which we walked to daily. The home was spotless and the kitchen had all the items you could ever need to cook a meal for a large family. If that wasn’t wonderful enough, our host was easy to communicate with. We are already talking about renting this home again and staying for longer next time.

Great spot --- walk to Nauset down the path. Secluded. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing --- motorized cover was a snap. Plenty of room, plenty of creature comforts. Highly recommended! Tim was super responsive as a host.

What a fantastic property! My husband and I rented the house to celebrate my husbands 60's birthday, just the two of us. It was more house than we needed, but we didn't mind. Timothy was the perfect host and very accessible. The Cape-style house is in a lightly forested upscale beach community. Our trip was just after Labor Day, so neighborhood was mostly vacant and quiet. The home is nicely appointed with a warm, traditional New England style. While there, we wanted for nothing. The first floor king bed was super comfortable! Also, TV's at every turn if that is important to you. The house is incredibly spacious and very clean. Pool and hot tub were the highlight of the stay and the reason we booked. The back yard pool is nicely landscaped, clean and very private. The weather was cloudy, but the pool and hot tub were always warm and inviting with an evening water light show that was the bomb! It was a short walk to a rugged but beautiful beach. (You can take the recommended beach sand path if you are in good shape, otherwise follow the road.) We were only a short drive to Skaket Beach where we caught an amazing sunset. This house is a short drive to a great market, lots of great, mostly causal style resaturants . Orleans is a very gluten-free friendly area, if that is an issue for you as it was us. Our favorite was 3 Fools where we had the best GF pizza ever! Right next the miles of paved paved bike trails, which we biked, was our favorite coffee shop Hot Chocolate Sparrow. Even in the off season this place is hopping! Also, it is a short drive to Chatham which has a charming walk-about down-town. As with most VRBO rentals, make sure you ask about any lawn care and pool service schedules, so you don't get caught off guard by any arrivals for which you were not expecting. We forgot to ask ,but they were only there a short time. In conclusion, don't hesitate to book this gem of a property in a this great area! You won't be disappointed! We had a great week, and I'm sure you will too!

We just spent a long weekend at this beautiful home to wrap up summer. It was amazing! Kids and teens loved the pool, especially at night with the varying light shows. The pool was so easy to open and cover, from a safety perspective, I really appreciated that. The house is as advertised, and Golden Tee was another great hit with the kids. It is a close walk to Nauset Beach, so nice to have the private path there. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Tim was the perfect host. Easy to reach. The home is beautiful and spotless. Lovely pool and spa that the entire family enjoyed. Lovely little path to Nauset Beach. Only one tiny repair that Tim took care of instantly through the plumber on a Sunday. Most impressive! This house is expensive but absolutely relaxing and really perfect for our multi-gen fam.

This location offers an ocean beach and a back yard pool with hot tub, which were the highlights of our vacation. Walking the path over the sandy dune to the beach was a fun adventure on it’s own, and a dip in the heated pool and hot tub after the cold ocean water was very enjoyable.
Tim’s home fit our family perfectly. The spacious bedroom with four beds for the grandchildren was perfect. With three additional bedrooms for parents and grandparents, all with their own bathroom, made for perfect accommodations for our family of 10.
Our grandchildren enjoyed playing video games on the large screen TV in the game room. The ping pong table was also a big hit.

A vacation to remember
My family and I loved our stay at this property. It is immaculately maintained, the pool and spa are great to hang out at, and the walk to a fantastic beach is about 5 minutes away. Perfect for an early morning sunrise. As well, the location is very central with good access to the entire cape. Highly recommended.

Perfect family beach getaway
Our family of 8 had a wonderful vacation on Nauset Beach! The house was clean and spacious and the children spent hours playing in the heated pool. The walk to the beach was scenic and short. Tim was quick to respond and check in to make sure everything was going well. Couldn’t recommend the property more!

Our Golf Get Away
We had a group in our mid 60's get together for a few days of golf and relaxation. What we got was the best of everything. The house and everything in it far exceeded our expectations. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Tim asked me if there was anything he could do to improve our stay.....the place was perfect. It was a 10! I have never given that rating before

Family really enjoyed the stay, everything from the hot tub and pool ( very cool), to the location to the beach and nice neighbors around, close but not too close.
Tim and Emily were excellent giving us great recommendations for local food and very prompt replies to any inquiries, superior service from them and would highly recommend it. Beach is just gorgeous and very realxing!!

Stunning Sanctuary on the Cape
My family had a wonderful getaway at Emily and Tim's magnificent home. The walk to Nauset Beach is short and beautiful. Our 4 year old twins loved the "secret" path. The home itself was spacious and nicely laid out. We had a group of 6 staying the first night and never felt remotely cramped. Comfortable beds throughout the house. GREAT kitchen with a large fridge and seemingly every imaginable utensil and pot possible. The saltwater pool and hot tub are incredible. Very cool light setup done through simple interface. Easy to use retractable pool cover that gave piece of mind with young children. Had to communicate with Tim briefly and he was quick to get back to my text. We found it to be such an oasis that we barely ventured into town. Though I would recommend the fried chicken sandwich at The Knack on 6A. We would definitely stay again and recommend it very highly.

Relaxing Early Fall Weekend
Thank you Tim for sharing your beautiful Cape Cod home with us. The location was absolutely perfect. The large deck out back was great for grilling out in the evenings and enjoying coffee each morning. The private path to the beach was by far our favorite part of our trip. Between the amenities at the house and the easy access to the beach, we could not have asked for more. We were sad to leave this morning and can't wait to come back soon.

Relaxing Vacation
We absolutely loved our stay here and found it to be one of the most relaxing rentals we’ve had on-cape so far (we come here annually to stay at different places). Tim and Emily were amazing hosts, checking in to make sure everything was perfect and always one call or text away, but also leaving us space to enjoy our vacation.
The pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower were very well maintained and worked perfectly. However the best part of this place is the proximity to Nauset Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the cape. There’s a private path that is absolutely breath-taking that we took every day (multiple times per day) to the beach with our dog for morning walks and to watch the sunrise. Overall, amazing stay and would definitely return next year!
