Located in Hawthorne, this charming house for $445 per night is a great option for your next trip. Ahoy Mateys, Welcome to Mermaid's Cove LA- A hidden oasis nestled in a quiet, urban, working class neighborhood that's central to everything Los Angeles. Come with your best pirate hat or mermaid tail and frolic amongst the rocks while you bounce from the hot tub to the pool. When you're done lounging around, retreat into the beautiful spanish-style home with vaulted ceilings and plenty of room for your friends and family. Rumor has it, some pirates even buried treasure amongst the property. And Please, no locals. -4 Parking Spaces -4 King Beds -1 Futon and queen air mattress -Massage Chair -AMAZING hot tub -Pool with waterslide and waterfalls -Foosball table -2 Living rooms -TVs in all bedrooms & more The space This beautiful spanish style home is located central to everything Los Angeles. It's spacious at 2064sqft and very inviting. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 living rooms. The resort style pool is 3-5 feet deep and has a built in waterslide and 2 waterfalls! The hot tub is equipped with an umbrella so that you can soak in the shade and not burn that pretty mermaid skin. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook your own healthy meal, so that you don't catch scurvy! The living room is fully furnished with a nice smart, flat-screen tv waiting for whatever streaming service you choose to bring. It's a great place for any landlubber who's sea legs don't seem to be working for them anymore. 3 of the bedrooms now have flat screen TVs as well! In terms of amenities and other plunder, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, hangers, oxygen and more. The oasis in the backyard is so captivating, you'll have to tap into your inner pirate just to avoid the lure of your beautiful mermaid's sweet siren song. Otherwise you'll end up being lost at sea and not able to actually get out and explore the city. Unless maybe that's what you came here for? No judgement! :) Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, except the garage, which is being used by the owner, who may need to access it while you are on site. You won't be disturbed. Other things to note There is free parking on site that is accessed via the gate in the alley that is operated manually. So you will have to use your own pirate/mermaid muscles to open it. It is not electrically operated. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, there are multiple security cameras in front of the home and on the driveway. There is a decibel level monitoring device near the only neighbor's fence. There are no cameras inside the house or at the pool. Due to Socal Gas doubling gas costs overnight, if you want to heat the pool, it costs an extra $165/day. The hot tub is still included at no charge. The pool is serviced every monday and friday, usually sometime between 8AM-12PM

Our family of 10 lived the stay over Jeremy’s place. The kids loved the treasure hunt and pool. We enjoyed the massage chair. The house was clean and spacious.

This place is like a private island in the middle of the city. Highly recommended. The pool is so much fun we had it heated for a few days and wish we had it for the entire stay. Can’t go wrong with this place the host was very helpful and welcoming.

Had an amazing time here. House was amazing and clean upon arrival. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Extremely kind and understanding. Had the most relaxing time in this beautiful house with an amazing pool. Couldn’t be happier, will for sure come back in the near future.

We came LA to see our son - the house was beautiful, the pool area and outside seating was greatly enjoyed daily. Had couple of minor hicups which owner respoded and corrected immediatley. Would definatley recommend!

The house was like a beautiful oasis and very accommodating. Amazing pool with fun slide and jacuzzi. Very comfortable and welcoming home with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The host quickly responded to any questions or concerns and made sure everything was smooth sailing. Will definitely book again and recommend to others.

The home was beautiful. Was a little skeptical of the area when we first arrived because it’s located near a major street, however everything was wonderful. Extremely close to lots of food choice’s. Would’ve love to have invited some of my brothers a sister’s who came in from out of town for bbq In the beautiful backyard, but we definitely respected the house rules! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the property to friends. My brothers are already talking about rebooking if we come back!

This home is exactly as it’s represented on the website. Beautifully furnished, nicer than some of the other VRBO properties I’ve stayed at. The host was attentive and responsive. My grandson’s loved the pool!

This house was perfect for my family of 4 ( 2 are teenagers) and my 80 year old in-laws. There was a bedroom and bathroom on the main level where my in laws could stay and not have to go up and down stairs. Only down side was the main floor bedroom did not have a TV.
The house was super clean and had just about everything you needed! Even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower. The pool was fun and we enjoyed soaking our tired legs in the hot tub after long days of walking.
Jeremy was very responsive when we needed to reach out. The home is located close to pretty much all highways, grocery stores and a Starbucks was right across the street! You can hear air traffic but nothing unbearable
I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to LA. We will definitely return!!
Extra bonus was you could park your car in the back driveway behind a locked gate.

First, I have to start off with mentioning the owner and his amazing communication. I’ve rented a lot of VRBO, and he was by far the best!
Second, the house is perfect for a larger group, very roomy and clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were a significant bonus.
The whole back area is very well laid out and strategically hides what might not be the best location. Still, it was super convenient to airport, SoFi and pretty much everything we wanted to do. It was hard to leave the house though, as it was just perfect for a getaway.

Beautiful home! Everything about this property was perfect. SUPER close to SoFi stadium and a short drive to Disney which were the two locations we travel for. Jeremy even came out and preformed a free fire show! Very generous and the kids absolutely loved it!! It was one of the top highlights of the trip.

The house was comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well stocked of dishes, utensils and pots and pans. We visited Pacific Palisades for a baby shower. Had lunch at the Saddle Ranch in West Hollywood, and some of us rode the mechanical bull! Spent lots of time in Manhattan Beach for food, drinks and an awesome sunset.
