Bedroom 1 - direct ocean views en-suite bathroom, king bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, TV w cable and large closet for your belongings.
Bedroom 2 - side ocean views, 2 double beds, dresser, 1 nightstand, ceiling fan, TV w cable, and closet - full bath is across from this bedroom
Dining Area- Table and chairs for 6
Living Room- leather couch and 2 leather recliners, 2 end tables, coffee table and 55โ ROKU smart tv with cable
Kitchen- Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher and large peninsula island for prep
We love this building because you only share our private beach with 40 other owners and their guests!
Hurricane season is June 1 - November 30 please purchase trip insurance as no refunds, credits or dates changes will be given outside of our cancellation policy.

This was a lovely condo the view is amazing. Enjoyed watching the Dolphins and the Pelicans everyday . It would be nice to have 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. Alicia was very responsive. This is a nice complex the beach is not crowed and pool is nice. The location is close to everything. They did have 2 Beach chairs in the closet if needed. The only thing It would be nice to have 2 rolls of T.P for each bathroom especially if you are staying for 7 days. No washer and dryer it would be nice but no big deal. It was down the hall if you needed to wash something. Next time I'm in Destin I will be staying here.

We loved the location, sunrise from the bedroom and beach walks right outside the door. Alicia was responsive and made it easy to communicate. The condo had everything we needed included comfy beds, plenty of linens and kitchen equipment. Wish it had a washer/ dryer but we figured out the app and used the community one on the same floor which worked well. Gonna miss the sound of the ocean from the deck.

Beautiful unit with a great Gulf view. The unit is comfortable and nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. The host responds quickly to questions. We'll be back!

This property was not as good as advertised due to several maintenance needs discovered once we arrived. These included a broken ceiling fan, a broken garbage disposal, a sink that didnโt drain, and a cable box that needed to be reset (which I was able to do but there were more items needing attention). We reported these to the property manager, who said she was aware of the broken ceiling fan and was working with a plumber on the disposal. These items were not repaired by the end of our 7 day visit.
