The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms ‚Äì one with King bed and one with a Queen bed ‚Äì offer similar comfort with a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. These two bedrooms share a hallway bath. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02160171 If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect location, very nice and clean and would 100% stay here again. I only gave a 4 on cleanliness because when we pulled out the bed it was kind of gunky with popcorn and old socks under it. The rest of the place was immaculate. Comfy beds and pillows.

Loved staying here! The location is fantastic and our kids loved walking a few hundred feet to the donut shop, Balboa Pier, and the sandy beach! This unit is clean and nicely remodeled. The pier offers overnight paid parking if you have more than one vehicle like we did.

This house is in the perfect spot!! Walking distance to all shops and restaurants, beach, park, bike rentals! Very roomy inside. Much larger than we thought. Wonderful covered patio out front. We ate all of our meals there. We would love to come back again!!

We loved the location, the upgraded kitchen, clean and good room sizes. Will rent this one again in the future. Only downfall were the guest upstairs. Could hear all the activity and walking going on. They were not kind to sharing space. Loud by yelling down to one another while we are on the patio, leaving bikes & a mess in the shared walking space. Leaving the garage door open with our e-bikes in there due to their oversized SUV couldn’t fit. We have rented several times in Newport Beach and were surprised by the lack of consideration by them. We ended up switching parking spaces to help them with their situation. Also would recommend bringing your vacuum to clean up daily. There is not one at the residence which was a first for us after renting 8 others times in NB. We will consider renting the upper and lower units in the future.

Perfect for our extended family. The unit was exactly as described. We loved the outdoor dining and sitting area as well as the ability to easily walk everywhere. The kids loved playing soccer and other games on the lawn, and there were lots of beach chairs, toys and boogie boards to use at the beach. The on-site property manager was great and very helpful with issues we had with the door locks. We’d love to return.

All around great place. We live about 20 mins away, but had a group of friends (early 30s with a couple kids) coming in and wanted to stay on the beach. This unit had everything we needed- grill, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, beach toys/chairs/towels. We picked this place because we like the location in Balboa with the beach and fire pits steps away. Also there are a few low key bars, restaurants and near the ferry to Balboa Island. We basically did not have to drive after we checked in.
