The property is what one expects of an older unit. We didn’t go to pools but they looked nice. Beach access is very easy. Nice to have restaurant on property if you don’t feel like driving into Sneads Ferry. The host communicated quickly answering any questions we had. End unit and was quiet. Amenities are good in resort. Beach and ocean view from small patio with two large chairs.

We Love this little slice of Heaven in North Topsail! It was a last minute trip to hang out with friends that have a house near by! It was super clean and we had no issues!! Thanks Todd for a Great Stay! We plan to return!!!

It was a beautiful view and easy access to beach and pool. Restaurant on site was excellent. Only complaint was not fault of where we stayed but there was no beach unless it was low tide, which I am sure was due to recent storm. Thank god we had the pool for high tide.

Very well appointed condo. Bed, linens and furniture were comfortable. I would return here in the future.
