Located in West Roxbury, this lovely house for $388 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This Beautiful Deluxe 3 bedroom 2 bath family home is not only in a KEY location but in a PRIME area of Boston! Not to mention it's near to multiple shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops, and much more! This home has two levels. First level is the living room with 55" flat screen TV perfect for movie nights! Fully stocked eat-in kitchen. Full bathroom with stand up shower and dining area with china cabinet and seating to accommodate 4 people. 2nd floor has three bedrooms and full bath with jacuzzi and shower. 1st bedroom has king bed with walk in closet and 43" flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Free access to washer and dryer. This cozy home is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood perfect for jogging or walking. Also close by is the Arnold Arboretum where you can enjoy a bit of nature, light hikes, and bike riding. Just a few minutes away from Roslindale village with community Farmer's Markets (seasonal) for fresh fruits and vegetables & more shops & restaurants! If you like golfing the closest golf course is : The Country Club in Chestnut Hill one of Boston's top golf courses which is about 10 mins away and Brookline Golf is about 2 mins away. If you like to kayak or go canoeing the closest spot is the Charles River Canoe & Kayak in Nahanton Park where they also provide rental service. The closest hospitals are the Brigham & Women's Faulkner hospital and 10 mins from the Longwood Medical area which has a few other hospitals such as: Dana Farber Hospital, Brigham & Women's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, and Children's Hospital for medical care. Perfect for traveling nurses who desire a short commute to work! Closest T-station is West Roxbury Train station about 4mins away, and the airport is a 10-15 min drive away from this propety. We enjoyed our stay very much.The home is beautiful. We Ubered to Boston several times from the house so we didn’t have the hassle of driving. We had one problem with a door and Susan came right over to fix it and was incredibly gracious and helpful. The only thing that guests need to be aware of is that the three bedrooms are upstairs and only one bathroom is upstairs. The other bathroom is downstairs. The description says that, but just make sure you are aware; also, guests must walk through one bedroom to get to the master bedroom.

Close to Boston. There is a short 10-15 min walk to the T as well. We went into the little town where there were some good restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and friendly.
The house is well-maintained. Personally, we like room darkening blinds/shades so the sun shines in the master bedroom and the bedroom at the top of the stairs. We were able to buy shades at the local CVS.

CLEAN and well-appointed 3-bedroom home with comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms adjoins primary bedroom so privacy might be an issue for some guests. There were 5 in our party. Our single young adult som used the adjoining bedroom so was not a problem for us. Home is located in a lovely neighborhood and has parking and nice outdoor space. 20-30 minute drive to downtown Boston (depending on day of week and time of day). We used both rental car and Uber to travel into Boston. Grocery store & good restaurants nearby in West Roxbury and Rosalind. Charming home, neighborhood and city. Highly recommend this home and owner was a pleasure to work with throughout our planning and stay.

This house was really lovely and well appointed. Great location with ample parking. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. The only thing to be aware of is that the layout of the upstairs bedrooms requires the occupants of the largest bedroom to walk through another bedroom to get to the bathroom or to go downstairs. This was not a big issue for us but thought it worth mentioning. I would definitely go back to this house.

My family and I had a great spring weekend in Boston celebrating my sons graduation. Property was just as described, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and easy access back out to the highway. The house was spacious and well equipped and our host Susan was more than accommodating with my late paperwork submission.
We would definitely stay again.

The house is as shown in pics. It was clean & well equipped. I recommend a car as transit stop is not convenient. Susan was a great host, even when we locked ourselves out, she came over and was very gracious about getting us in. It was my fault. The 4 of us were comfortable for the entire stay. We all agreed we would recommend staying here

Our grown kids and friends are in Boston, this well stocked, immaculate home easily sleeps 6 and made a great base for late Dec get-together. Access and good parking front and rear made this corner lot excellent, backyard looks well suited to summer as well. The town center with great shopping and restaurants is very close-by, easy reach to city and suburbs. Susan was a helpful, responsive host. We hope to be back soon

We had a wonderful time in Boston, touring campuses and taking in the sights. This house was the perfect home base, and so well-appointed. We had everything we needed, and Susan was a wonderful host. Grateful for the trip, the time together as a family at this crucial moment in our child’s life, and the excellent accommodations.

Great place to stay.. Susan’s house was just what we needed. Three females from the West Coast and we had a great time. We love the Pac-Man game, brought back memories. The entire house is great. Beds were great, kitchen was roomy. Would definitely use again if we’re in the area. Thank you.

This is a very clean property in a nice neighborhood. Property owner was very communicative and helpful. About a 15-30 minute drive if you’re interested in downtown. Didn’t use the train so should check this out if you’re interested in public transportation. The station is about 1/2 mile walk.
The only issue we had is that we had a teen, 4 adults, and an infant. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and the other bath is on the main floor. If you’re in the master suite, you need to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom on the second floor. We managed to make it work though. Thanks Susan for your attention!

We spent a long weekend in Boston for a concert and to see friends. This house worked perfectly for us! The decor is welcoming and the house is spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The arcade game was a big hit with the guys, and there were other board games for down time. The bedrooms were generously sized and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bedroom setup was a little odd - you had to walk through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. We slept in one with our daughter and her husband in the other connected one and gave our friends the more private 3rd one. It worked perfectly fine for us but can see it being uncomfortable for 3 unrelated couples. The bathrooms were well stocked, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We didn’t have the chance to use the backyard much but it has a fire pit with a cushy conversation area as well as some outdoor games. The younger couple spent a fair amount of downtime in the hammock. There was parking for two large vehicles - which is a challenge to find with most rental homes in Boston.
If we have need to stay in Boston again, this home would be our first choice!

Great Communication and Smooth Process
My client that stayed in the property had a wonderful time. The communication between myself and the homeowner was good and clear. We were able to provide my client with easy access for check-in and check-out. It did snow and we were rest assured our client was taken care of with the snow removal. The pictures are on point.
