Nestled in El Portal, this attractive condo for $92 per night is a great option for your next trip. 💥 This beautiful private1bed 1bath studio is part of my home in picturesque El Portal. It is every convenient, quite tranquil, peaceful and modern, with its own separate private entrance and amenities. There is no interaction at all. You can sit and relax or work on the veranda, just outside the studio and sip on your coffee, tea, or a cool drink while you the enjoy the tropical sun and listen to the birds singing in the front garden. 💥 Travelling for work, School, or Just in town for a few days leisure and relaxation! This studio is perfect. Its Minutes drive from the Beaches, great dining & shops just minutes away. Barry University, FIU, Down Town Miami, Midtown, North Shore Medical Center/Hospital, Aventura, Jackson hospital, Wynwood, Hialeah General Hospital and Airports are also minutes away. This studio is also Perfect for Traveling Nurses and Doctors doing their studies, residency and rotations 💥 This welcoming studio comes with a comfy queen bed. 💥 There is also an alarm clock on the bedside table. It has a mini fridge, a microwave, a tea kettle and a Keurig coffee maker as well as coffee, tea, cream and sugar. There are two foldaway chairs and tables that can be used for work or dining. 💥 The full bathroom is beautifully decorated with all the amenities as well as travel size body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and hand soap. Towels and rags. The TV has hundreds of channels to choose from. 💥 In the closet there is an iron and iron board and space to hang your clothes and store your belongings . 💥 Guests have access to the front yard. 💥 Free parking on premises. 💥 It’s just a few minutes walk to great dining and shops.

Location is safe, greenery is relaxing, great to work or study. Exactly what I needed. it's not for those looking for "fun", its very quiet and part of the family home. a lot of nice touches to provide coziness.
Even though I did not mind, it was a bit misleading to find this studio- which is a bedroom (plus master bath)- is part of the main home, as just another bedroom, only the door in between is locked from host's side as a way to separate the studio. I did not mind this since i was there for a short stay but had I stayed longer, I would have wanted to know as it catches you off guard whenever you hear someone's voice on other side of door like you are in their home. But I adjusted quickly and it did not bother me nor were they loud, but to know this is more comforting ahead of time. I would still come back and stay here again. And Georgette does a good job at still making this studio feel like it's own space, providing feelings of privacy- there was no interactions between us. I slept well too!
She is readily available by phone for any requests, such as adjusting the AC temperature to my needs. There is no personal access to AC temperature- but Georgette will gladly adjust it to your preference!
Her home is beyond welcoming and her energy is so warm, made you feel at home. Everything was clean and furniture is beautiful! Felt like I was at my own family's home from the warm presence.

Cozy quiet room getaway

Georgette made me feel right at home and was very sweet and communicative for my entire stay. Check in and out was very easy, and everything was well explained. The room feels very fresh, cozy, and clean. The location is lovely and I felt safe walking around this area (as a first time visitor) and it’s just a short car ride into the main area of Miami. I’d be happy to stay again and hope I get the chance to sometime :) thank you!

Lovely host + comfy space
Georgette made me feel right at home and was very sweet and communicative for my entire stay. Check in and out was very easy, and everything was well explained.
