Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The private pool shimmers beyond the sliding doors, the fully fenced yard stretches out in the Florida sunshine, and inside, five bedrooms, a game room, and a children's playroom mean everyone in the group - from toddlers to teenagers - has exactly where they want to be.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the family room. The first-floor primary ensuite features a king bed, a standalone shower, a soaking bathtub, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. A second ensuite upstairs also offers a king bed. The remaining bedrooms include a room with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and a room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Every bedroom comes with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room rounds out the sleeping options with a sectional sofa, queen sofa bed, and a smart TV.

Indoor living
The air-conditioned game room is built for friendly competition - a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, and a selection of board games keep the group entertained long after the sun goes down. A dedicated children's playroom stocked with books, toys, and life size games gives younger guests their own space to play, alongside baby safety gates and essentials for the littlest travellers. The main living areas are kept comfortable with central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades. A dedicated workspace in a private room with a door is available for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen comes equipped with Maytag stainless steel appliances - including a single oven with built-in air fryer function, a refrigerator, and a stovetop - alongside granite countertops, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a blender, a toaster, a hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table brings everyone together for meals, and a baking sheet, barbecue utensils, and outdoor dining area round out the options for group cooking and casual al fresco meals.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, with heating available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area fill the fully fenced backyard, and a charcoal grill comes ready to use - with a propane grill available as an optional rental. A half bath accessible from the pool area adds convenience for outdoor days. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock for guests who want to explore beyond the property.

Entertainment and extras
The 65-inch HDTV in the main living area comes loaded with streaming - Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku - plus standard cable. Free Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection keep everyone online. A full-size washer and dryer are in-unit, and the home includes extra pillows and blankets, an iron, clothing storage, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras face outward at the front and back of the property for guest and host safety.

Situated in the Orlando Area, the home puts you within easy reach of the theme parks, golf courses, shopping, and dining. A shared gym is available nearby, along with free access to resort facilities. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on the driveway, with additional free street parking.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
