Security deposit HOLD required - $300 hold to be authorized on guest’s credit card by host 2 days prior to arrival and released within 5 days of departure if no issues. STRICT maximum of 4 guests. Linens supplied based on number of guests on reservation. Be SURE it is correct! No parties or events of any kind. Not safe or suitable for infants or children. NO pets allowed. Though we love animals, the HOA (homeowners' association) prohibits non-owner pets. Please be aware that this is a residential neighborhood in which courtesy and respect for neighbors is expected.
