Plenty of parks, beaches and docking facilities. 10-15 minute drive to John Wayne ( (Santa Ana) Airport, Fashion Island Mall, Orange County, Costa Mesa/ Irvine Central Business District. No Parties at this rental. Newport Beach City enforces a strict Noise Curfew after 10PM. Why stay in a hotel when you can enjoy a spacious 2 BR/ 2BA luxury unit in an exclusive area of New Port Beach!!

We had the pleasure of being guests at this exceptional vacation rental property just last week. We traveled from Colorado and were hoping for a change of pace from mountain motifs. Not only was this property impeccably clean and comfortable it also gave us such a taste of Southern California with the excellent Hollywood glam design. This is a property replete with details that delighted at every corner. Kitchen was very well-equipped for cooking or carrying-in. Bathrooms were wonderful. It is located in a beautiful residential area with excellent walking infrastructure, and only a short walk to the beach. The entire neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and gave us that little boost we needed to make it to spring in the Mile-High city. Warm thanks to our hosts for providing such a wonderful get-away.

We would like to review the two night we stay we had at this location so others are aware of unpleasant circumstances we experienced. The first thing we want to comment on is the decor, it was was odd, with pink comforters, bull dogs everywhere and uncomfortable beds, sofa and chairs. Next when the upstairs neighbor got home you could hear him walking around and opening and closing closet doors. It was very noisy and we were unable to get to sleep until after midnight with the extreme noise. This happened both nights when we were there. The other issue was the owner never told us there was parking in the rear so we parked on the street and had to take Ubers to make sure space was available.

Everything about this property was perfect—exactly what we hoped for and more than we expected. We’ll be staying here again, hopefully.
