Kitchen is well-stocked featuring: Stainless Fridge, NEW Ninja Single Cup or Pot Coffee Maker, NEW Ninja Blender for your smoothies (or margaritas!), NEW Calphalon Pots and Pans, Brita filter, waffle iron, microwave, toaster, cookware and dinnerware, basic spices, oil, condiments. We believe you should have everything you need to cook throughout your stay and to serve up a beautiful spread on the farmhouse table. (We also believe that eating out every day is OK too!) Fast Wi-Fi, 4 Smart TVs to log into your own streaming programs, Wireless Charging Stations, Bluetooth speaker/Alexa, PS3/BlueRay in the Bunk room, Board and card games, DVD player with "all the classic" DVDs downstairs. For the littles: Toddler Stool/chair, Baby gate, toys, pack-n-play Enjoy the beach life with a variety of provided beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels. Rent our Shibumi Shade or Bikes by request. The A/C works great and there are fans throughout to make it comfortable inside all the time. Two outdoor showers: One as you come off the sand for a quick rinse, and then a full outdoor private shower with hot water, beneath the home. BBQ Grill and tool kit for your use, though propane availability cannot be guaranteed. Located on a cul-de-sac, there is plenty of space out front for parking as well as safe place for kids to run and play. We provide the basics to get your stay started: coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and soap. Restock as needed depending on length of stay, and help pay it forward for other guests. We are a 20 minute bike or 5 minute drive from local restaurants, the pier, mini golf, a water park, the supermarket coffee shops, wine market and more. But with views like this, you probably won't want to leave! Rent a golf cart for a fun way to enjoy driving around. Set up your own picnic on the beach every day. In the summer, enjoy a beach that never gets overcrowded and steps from your house to the sand. In the spring/fall/winter, enjoy some of the best fishing in the area right from the surf out your backdoor, and the hidden gems of North Carolina beaches that are awesome all -year long. We've set out to make this home comfortable for our family and friends, and we hope you will enjoy it as well and care for it like your own.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Tara and Jason's beach house on Emerald Isle. The home has breathtaking views of the ocean and is clean and well-stocked. Tara is a great communicator and ensured everything went smoothly. She's made quite a few updates since the last time we rented the duplex - the appliances are new, the faucets have great water pressure (and the outdoor shower has hot water and lighting) and the bedrooms have modern lights/fans and comfy beds. The deck also had plenty of seating to enjoy the view. Totally recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future!

This beautiful home was exactly as advertised, except that the photos don’t do it justice. Upon entering the space we were met immediately with the most gorgeous views! There were also very special personal touches left just for our group. The space was clean, well maintained, well stocked with all needed essentials, and many thoughtful extras as well. My family and I stayed for 2 weeks, and we didn’t want to leave. I really can’t say enough about how perfect it was. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed place that feels like home, this is the one. If you’re questioning it, don’t, just hit book! You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

Just steps to the beach! The house, the views, the neighborhood, the communication with the owners -- the entire stay was even better than we expected! We cannot wait to return and have already recommended the property several times to friends. The main living spaces would be a bit small for a large group, but plenty of deck space to spread out if the weather is good. We stayed this time just the two of us, to confirm it would be a convenient house to return with our little ones, and the proximity to the beach and groceries will be such a wonderful convenience when returning with kids. Already looking forward to our next stay!

We all really enjoyed the laid back, slow pace of Emerald Isle. It was the perfect place for our multi generation visit including grandparents, great grands, and children. We all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the deck, balconies and beach front. Would definitely return for another stay.

and sun areas. There were plenty of chairs and we could see the ocean and the sky over the sound side too! We saw dolphins a few times, and really enjoyed the deck when we weren’t on the beach. I have a disability and am currently using a walker, so having a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor was so helpful. The whole experience was great!!

My kids loved the bunk bed room which gave me time to relax and enjoy sitting on the private porch!

Beautiful home just steps away from the beach. It was so easy to go back and forth from the beach to the house with my children. The deck is very large and great to sit and enjoy the beach. Perfect location and not crowded at all. Plenty of room in the house and very clean.

Great beachfront home!!
Adorable duplex right on the ocean! We went for a socially distanced vacation, so the little beach town was perfect. We went with young kids (5 & 3) so being so close to the beach was very convenient. Spent lots of time in the sand and on the large deck. Best part of the house was the outdoor shower!

I can’t say enough about the property. Kitchen was perfect, deck and beach chairs were perfect, the neighbors were awesome. The location was excellent for going to the beach or running to a store. I would highly recommend this property and it’s owners. Easy to talk to and quick to respond to any issues, even though we didn’t have many.

Wonderful Week
The house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 4 kids)! It was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed! The beds are comfortable and so is the new couch! The patio is just steps away from the beach. We did not want to leave and would definitely go back!
