This 2-bedroom, 1-bath rental property offers convenience and comfort. With easy access and a parking spot right in front, you'll settle in effortlessly. Inside, you'll find inviting bedrooms with spacious closets, including a luxurious king bed and a cozy queen bed. The living room features a cable-equipped and Smart TV for relaxation after your adventures. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from a coffee machine to a toaster, ensuring enjoyable meals throughout your stay. Additionally, a coin-operated washer and dryer in unit #3 make laundry a breeze. We're here to make your stay delightful, so feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Enjoy your time in our comfortable and well-equipped condo! Guest Access: Guests have full access to the condo and back patio. The Neighborhood: This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood just off of i-70 and across from the resort. Getting Around: Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys, but there are also bus and shuttle options in the area. A free year-round bus makes it easy to get to Vail Mountain with all of your gear. I-70 access is close by for trips to neighboring resorts and cities. Check Vail public transit sites for details. Other Things to Note: - License Number: 027164 -This property does not have air conditioning. - No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit - No parties or groups of more than 4 - No pets - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. These are HOA rules and there is a $100 fine per incident if broken. 3-5 minute drive to the village or lionshead parking structure…parking right in front of the condo. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location down the street from Safeway. Everything we needed for a relaxing ski vacation. Great value for what you get.
