Nestled in Park City, this attractive house for $695 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This spacious four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom townhome is a skier’s paradise, with easy access to Deer Valley Resort’s mid-mountain Silver Lake Village and impressive accommodations that sleep up to 10. Start the day, by skiing right out your door, on the community’s ski access to Deer Valley’s Success Run. While inside the four wood-burning fireplaces located throughout the townhome, a private hot tub, and mountain-western atmosphere invite you back in to relax and enjoy yourself. Timber beams and large windows framing the beautiful surroundings welcome guests to this three-level townhome. The upper level offers a spacious living room, with high ceilings and comfortable leather furniture, that entices guests to relax by the wood-burning fireplace surrounded by a stunning stone hearth or enjoy a show on the flat-screen TV. Windows overlooking the neighboring treetops provide a lovely reading nook complete with a large bookshelf and window seat. If staying in for a meal, the open kitchen and dining room allow for easy conversation and entertaining, and the large island with granite countertops combined with the stainless-steel appliances and Thermador six-burner range are sure to delight the home chef. The table provides seating for eight and the kitchen island has seating for four. A half bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The main suite, located off the kitchen area, features a king-size bed, luxurious linens, gas burning fireplace with a stone hearth, and flat-screen TV. The large en suite bathroom that includes a sitting area with built-in storage and large mirrors, two marble sinks, granite countertops, and a tiled shower with a glass door complete the private oasis. The second level offers hours of fun in the family room with a pool table, wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable furniture, or relax in the soothing private hot tub outside. A bedroom with a full-size bed and en suite bathroom, and a bedroom with queen bunk beds and en suite bathroom, provide plenty of space to rest peacefully at the end of a fun-filled day. The ground level offers yet another suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, wood-burning fireplace with stone hearth, and cozy sitting area to enjoy morning coffee or an après ski beverage. An attached bathroom offers a whirlpool tub and separate shower! A large laundry room, with a washer and dryer, provides plenty of storage for skis and extra gear to complete the offerings. Our group had a fantastic time and enjoyed this beautiful property very much. Please note that the bunkroom in the basement is accessed through the bathroom via the 2nd master bathroom and guests sleeping in that room will need to go through the other bedroom/bathroom to access the space. This can make for awkward shower time incidents! It's really not an issue, especially for families, but is something to be aware of. Additionally, the house is built into a hill, is split into 3 levels, and the living spaces are unable to be accessed without climbing up/down stairs. Something to keep in mind if you are traveling with someone who has limited mobility. Overall, the house is lovely, in a good location, and comfortably stocked with the essentials you need for your stay. Communication with Park City Lodging was a breeze and they accommodated an early check in for our group. I would not hesitate to book here again.

We stayed at this Aspen Hollow home on our trip to deer valley in March 2023. It was magical. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The management company was very responsive and helpful. The ski in/ski out was wonderful. There was so much snow that all the street signs were covered, so we did have some trouble finding the place. But other than that, we had a great time and were very comfortable.

This property is beautiful and can accommodate 10+ people! It is conveniently located as ski-out, but be advised it is not ski-in at the end of day. Was pleasantly surprised with daily cleaning and towel swaps. Recommend for sure if you don't mind a few minute walk at end of day.

We had a great time at this lovely property. The staff was great to work with and the cleaning crew and crew to check the hot tub were wonderful! It is in a beautiful location. Lots of space for our whole family and great ski-out but not that easy to ski-in, but we would definitely stay here again. Fully equipped kitchen, fun western-themed decor. We made great memories here.
