The Space: 》Upper Level: - Bedroom 1 : Wake up to nature views, queen size bed. - Common Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with shower (essentials included). - Bedroom 2: Queen size bed. - Living room: Open space layout, ample seating, smart tv and panoramic mountain views. - Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with a views, large fridge and kitchen island with bar stools. - Dining Area: Large dining area seating up to 6. - Outdoors: Upper level deck with BBQ Grill. 》Lower Level: - Entertaining area: Pool table, bar area & smart tv. - Bedroom 3: Queen size bed. - Common Bathroom 2 : Full bathroom with shower (Essentials included). - Bedroom 4 (den): Queen size bed. - Outdoors: Huge deck with breathtaking views, hot tub and firepit & lots of seating areas perfect for chilling outside. 1 Acre Lot. Guest Access: ‣ The entire place is yours. Please, make yourselves at home! ‣ Smart Lock, code will be provided ‣ Check in can be at any time after 4 pm. The Neighborhood: Tranquil mountain oasis with scenic trails, wildlife, and a serene community vibe. Perfect for nature lovers and peace seeker Getting Around: AWD/4WD vehicles strongly recommended during winter months. Other Things to Note: - Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. - No parties, home is monitored by NoiseAware. Please respect the neighbors. - AWD/4WD vehicles strongly recommended during winter months. - We can typically accommodate requests for EARLY CHECK INS/ LATE CHECK OUTS, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. $200 penalty fee for unauthorized late checkout. - Please note that there is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any sort of smoking will result in a $300 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls. - Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 plus shipping charges for any items that need to be shipped back to you.

We booked this place to be able to enjoy nature while going back and forth from Denver/ red rocks. Easy drive to Denver. Awesome place. Cozy spot in the woods. Beautifully cared for. Rooms were spotless, hot tub was amazing, and the kitchen/ living space was perfect for a group of 7 for a few days!! Highly recommend and if I’m in need of a place in this spot in the future, I’ll be staying here.

We were attending a wedding and really enjoyed our stay at the Chateau. Very comfortable inside with a great jacuzzi we sat and watched the sunset - views were awesome.

We had a lovely time at this property. It’s quiet, nicely decorated and comfortable. It is a little far from town. It lacked in minor amenities and a couple of things needed cleaning. We made a request for something and it was taken care of immediately. Overall a good experience.

The property was beautiful, easy to find. Gorgeous drive up. I will say, there is no AC in the house. Only heat. Which I should have read more about in the details.. but yeah. Got a little warm at night even with the windows open. But back to being cool in the mornings.
