About this house rental

Situated in Bailey, this attractive house for $344 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to our beautiful, private cabin in Bailey, Colorado! Surrounded by aspen and pine trees at the top of a private driveway, it’s the best escape to unwind and unplug. We are just 60 minutes from Denver but feels like a world away. Spacious & quiet retreat filled with everything you need. Our home is ideal for family time, meeting friends, reunions & gatherings. Work remotely where you can get away, yet still be connected. Relax on our deck while the deer, foxes and many birds will keep you entertained. The deck also has a brand new 3-seater hot tub where you will see a million stars. Telescope available to take a look at everything close up! The kitchen boasts high end Wolf appliances with double oven and gas cooktop, a giant commercial refrigerator and a huge island for the family to gather. All of the beds are brand new and picked specifically for comfort and a good nights’ sleep. The large upstairs living room is stocked with board games, a HUGE smart TV, competition football table, and fun for the whole family. We've thoughtfully designed this cabin with common spices and oils and anything else we could think of. Outside: ★Large deck with Pergola outdoor seating ★Brand new hot tub ★Long private drive with parking for 4 ★Natural gas barbecue grill This is your base camp for all things adventure! ★8 miles to Deer Creek Valley Ranch wedding venue ★35 miles to Red Rocks Amphitheater ★49 miles to the Denver Bronco football stadium ★50 miles to Fairplay (South Park) ★55 miles to the Coors Baseball field, home of the Colorado Rockies ★72 miles to Breckenridge ★74 miles to Denver Airport ★79 miles to Winter Park ★84 miles to Keystone/A Basin ★89 miles to Copper Mountain THINGS TO NOTE: WIFI, STREAMING, AND PHONE RECEPTION: The cabin uses Starlink and it does not disappoint. Streaming multiple devices, conference calls etc are no problem! Cell service is not usually an issue either. HIKING: The house sits on 2 acres and the land around the cabin looks like a forest, but it backs to private property. We have marked the boundaries on trees with a bear foot stencil! About 1/4 mile away is the Mount Evans National Forest entrance if you’re feeling adventurous. PARKING AND WINTER CONDITIONS: Winter snowfall can vary during the winter months. The road to us is plowed all winter (along with our long asphalt driveway). We do our best to maintain it with a regular plow service, but you will most likely encounter snowy conditions in the winter. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. An all-wheel or a 4WD vehicle is HIGHLY recommended (and likely necessary by law anyway) from Oct-April. During Summer - It is uncommon for mountain homes to have AC. We do not have AC but have various windows that can be opened along with ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms. WILDLIFE: You may be tempted to feed the deer, foxes, occasional moose and bears. Please don’t for your safety and for theirs too! We do have bird seed for the birds if you are so inclined. REFUNDS: We can not provide last-minute refunds due to the weather. Please consider trip insurance if you think you might need to cancel last minute. FIRES: Charcoal grills and outdoor fire pits are never permitted due to the dry climate. Open fires and fireworks will result in a neighborhood fine and immediate eviction. Enjoy the indoor wood burning stoves for your fires! SECURITY: There are a few outdoor security cameras, one on garage, one on tree by bottom of hill and one at the top of the hill facing the driveway. CHILDREN: We welcome your children, but please note that the cabin has not been child-proofed. Please keep an eye on your kids and do not let them roam. PET ALLERGIES: As our rules mention, we do not allow pets due to a severe allergy. However, we can't guarantee a completely pet-free home as we do welcome service animals. SERVICE ANIMALS: we welcome service animals. Please let us know PRIOR to your stay and provide documentation. SMOKING: NO SMOKING inside the home or garage. Any guests who smoke must do so outdoors and must appropriately dispose of cigarette butts in a metal can or vehicle ashtray. Fines will be imposed if butts are found littering the property.

Well supplied, clean, new well kept upscale. Just arrive with your food and enjoy. Everything you need is there but could have used a few more towels. Hot tub was enjoyable. We saw the Black Fox one night. Blue Jays and mule deer everyday. No bears but a person in guest book saw one a week before. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This place was a great stay away from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of space in the house and all the things one needs. Conifer was a great stop for getting all the essentials and stocking up before you go to the house. The kitchen was amazing and the views from the master are worth an early rise. We would definitely stay again. Just be prepared for lots of windy roads to get up there and interesting wash out depending on the season/weather for everything in the area. Just keep rentals to an suv and you are good.
