Luxurious, bright, modern, spacious and newly built 2 bedroom private basement suite with private entrance and upscale features such as heated floor, free WiFi with 1GB speed, free on-site parking for 2 cars or one RV and access to fully fenced backyard garden. Beautiful property with all of the necessary amenities. The bedrooms were the perfect space for us. We felt like we were at home. The owners were friendly and offered to assist us in anyway. We didn’t need any assistance because everything was perfect! The location is near great restaurants! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we're in Vancouver.

Excellent place to unwind if anyone is planning to visit the Vancouver area. The cleanliness of the property exceeded our expectations. And kitchen was stocked with breakfast items as well as snacks and coffee, tea etc. Highly recommend this place.

This property was so nice, well furnished and very inviting. The owners communicated very well with check in and any needs we may have. Only 22 minutes from the airport. 100% recommend.

Our family of 4 stayed 10 nights and were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and getting additional bedding and a mattress was simple. The host’s family lives above and checked up on us when we saw each other. The location was excellent as it was close to a highway network and in a quiet neighbourhood. If you rent or have your own vehicle, this is an ideal location. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this accommodation.

Guarang was an absolute pro as a host. Clear and prompt communication, friendly inquiries, and little touches that made this easily a 5 star stay. I haven't ever stayed at a VRBO that was so clean and modern. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and it felt more like a lovely hotel suite than a B&B (in a good way).

My wife and I stayed with our three kids (2-5 years) for three nights as we visited family in the lower mainland. Suite is everything we could’ve asked for. Clean, comfortable, modern, and a ton of little extras that really made our stay fantastic (drinks in the fridge, bottles of water, chocolates, a personalized thank you card). The house is located just up the road from a number of restaurants and shops which made getting groceries and take-our a breeze. To top it all of Gaurang was a great host. Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!!

The hosts had snacks waiting for us which was awesome because our flight was late and we had the munchies when we arrived. Literally blocks away from all kinds off fast food, gas stations, pharmacy and liquor store.
Linens were nice quality with lots of pillows. Bathroom had shampoo and conditioner if you didn’t bring your own. Everything was just perfect!!! Owner’s were quick to message back if I needed anything 😊 Definitely don’t think twice about renting this home. It’s beautiful and has all you will need. We will for sure be back. Thanks again for the amazing stay. ❤️

Nice little basement suite
It was a nice size and great amenities available in the suite. My family of four enjoyed this property. Walking distance to a couple places to eat and shop and grab a few groceries. Property owners were very pleasant and had good contact with them if we needed anything. Everything seemed new, updated, clean and modern. Nice layout!!!
Another mirror in one of the rooms would be a nice addition, as just a small suggestion.

If you want to get spoiled book this suite. It's meticulously clean and modern with very comfy beds. It sits in a nice, family neighbourhood but is close to stores and restaurants. It was central to what we wanted to do and not far from the ferry. The hosts give you complete privacy and spoil you with lovely treats.

Very clean house. Gaurang and Shruti were excellent hosts. They left us welcoming treats and made sure all the basic necessities were in the house and also asked if we needed anything. They truly made us feel like at home. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Vancouver area.
We wish and pray that they have such houses in all travel destinations so we can feel like at home no matter where we are...

The attention to detail was so lovely, right down to the ribbons around the bath towels and the candies on the pillows! There was extra food stocked in the fridge and cupboards when we arrived (small things like sauces, cereals and olive oil). The beds were SO comfortable and they had 2000 channels on their tv!!! It was wonderful. They definitely earned our five star review!!!

Great location and quick access to the Alex Fraser or HWY 17. Check in was easy, parking is simple and private. The house is stunning. New everything inside, very clean. The beds make it evident that they care about their guests and the stay, they have high end linens on both queen beds. Lots of good restaurants near by. Would highly recommend to other travellers. Definitely a try!!

The house is a super clean & fresh modern suite with garden access situated in the Delta municipality of Vancouver City. On arrival it felt like entering a lovely boutique hotel! It is equipped with all the possible conveniences that a modern apartment can offer, from TV (3000+ channels), wifi (with strong connection that enabled me to work remotely, washing machine/dryer, new kitchen appliances and all the cooking utensils, all the way to soft beds, lounge sofas (with extendable footrests), and a big walk in shower. Linens are like 5-star hotel quality.
All in all, excellent value for money and a great place to stay with kids or for business. We can't recommend enough staying in Gaurang's place. Just give it a try and you won't be disappointed!
